गुमला: झारखंड राज्य आजीविका मिशन (जेएसएलपीएस) के तत्वावधान में रांची स्थित इंस्टीट्यूट ऑफ होटल मैनेजमेंट (IHM) में दिनांक 7 जुलाई से 18 जुलाई 2025 तक पलाश दीदी कैफे एवं कैटरिंग सेवा के सातवें बैच के लिए 10 दिवसीय फाउंडेशन कोर्स प्रशिक्षण का आयोजन किया गया।
इस प्रशिक्षण में गुमला जिले के सिसई एवं डुमरी प्रखंड की पांच स्वयं सहायता समूह (SHG) की दीदियों ने भाग लिया। प्रशिक्षण के दौरान दीदियों को आधुनिक कैफे संचालन, कैटरिंग सेवा, स्वच्छता, ग्राहक सेवा, किचन प्रबंधन और उद्यमिता से संबंधित व्यावहारिक ज्ञान प्रदान किया गया।
गुमला जिले की दीदियाँ इस प्रशिक्षण के बाद अपने प्रखंडों में पलाश दीदी कैफे एवं कैटरिंग सेवा के माध्यम से स्वरोजगार के नए अवसरों को साकार करेंगी, जिससे न केवल उन्हें आत्मनिर्भर बनने में मदद मिलेगी, बल्कि अन्य महिलाओं के लिए भी प्रेरणा का स्रोत बनेंगी।
