सिसई अंचल दिवस में प्रशासन की सक्रियता से 203 मामलों का हुआ त्वरित समाधान, नागरिकों ने जताई संतुष्टि

गुमला, 27 जुलाई 2025 — गुमला जिले के सिसई प्रखंड में शनिवार को आयोजित विशेष अंचल दिवस शिविर में कुल 288 आवेदनों में से 203 मामलों का मौके पर ही निष्पादन किया गया। यह पहल उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित की नेतृत्व में प्रारंभ की गई है, जिसका उद्देश्य है कि आम जनता को राजस्व, सामाजिक सुरक्षा पेंशन, दाखिल-खारिज, प्रमाण पत्र और अन्य सेवाओं के लिए जिला कार्यालय का चक्कर न लगाना पड़े।

स्थानीय समाधान की दिशा में मजबूत कदम

इस शिविर का संचालन अपर समाहर्ता शशिंद्र कुमार बड़ाइक की उपस्थिति में हुआ। मौके पर एसडीओ सदर, सिसई बीडीओ, अंचल अधिकारी राजीव रौशन समेत कई विभागों के अधिकारी व कर्मी उपस्थित रहे। यह पहल प्रशासन द्वारा लोगों को प्रखंड स्तर पर ही त्वरित और पारदर्शी समाधान देने के उद्देश्य से शुरू की गई है।

आवेदनों की श्रेणीवार स्थिति

• भूमि सत्यापन से जुड़े सभी 23 मामले, भू-धारण प्रमाण पत्र के 6, जाति प्रमाण पत्र के 4, आवासीय प्रमाण पत्र के 4 और पारिवारिक सदस्यता प्रमाण पत्र के 13 मामले मौके पर निपटाए गए।
• पंजी-दो सुधार के 52 मामलों में से 30 का समाधान हुआ, शेष 22 मामलों की जांच जारी है।
• दाखिल-खारिज के 19 में से सभी मामलों का निपटारा कर दिया गया।
• विविध श्रेणी के 120 आवेदनों में से 100 का ऑन स्पॉट निष्पादन हुआ।

जमीनी विवाद और शिकायतों पर भी कार्यवाही

शिविर में भूमि विवाद से संबंधित 32 आवेदन प्राप्त हुए, जिन पर जांच शुरू कर दी गई है। वहीं, जिला जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस से जुड़े 15 मामलों में से 4 का निष्पादन कर दिया गया है।

लाभुकों को मिला योजनाओं का लाभ

• फूलो-झानो आशीर्वाद अभियान के तहत ₹3.3 लाख की राशि 10 लाभुकों को वितरित की गई।
• क्लेम सेटलमेंट योजना में 3 लाभुकों को ₹6 लाख के चेक प्रदान किए गए।
• मुद्रा लोन योजना के अंतर्गत 8 लाभुकों के बीच ₹20.10 लाख की राशि बांटी गई।
• सीसीएल योजना में 14 स्वयं सहायता समूहों को ₹66.50 लाख की सहायता दी गई।

महिलाओं और बच्चों के लिए विशेष कार्यक्रम

बाल विकास परियोजना कार्यालय की ओर से 5 महिलाओं का गोद भराई संस्कार और 2 बच्चों का अन्नप्राशन भी इस शिविर में सम्पन्न हुआ।

जन सहभागिता रही उत्साहजनक

सिविल शिविर में बड़ी संख्या में लोगों की भागीदारी देखी गई। नागरिकों ने त्वरित समाधान के लिए प्रशासन के प्रति आभार जताया और इसे “स्थानीय स्तर पर प्रभावी शासन की मिसाल” करार दिया।
