गुमला में डीसी की अध्यक्षता में कृषि और पशुपालन योजनाओं की समीक्षा, कार्यान्वयन में गति लाने के निर्देश

गुमला, 28 जुलाई 2025 — गुमला समाहरणालय के सभागार में सोमवार को उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित की अध्यक्षता में कृषि, पशुपालन, उद्यान, भूमि संरक्षण, मत्स्य और सहकारिता विभाग की संयुक्त समीक्षात्मक बैठक आयोजित की गई। बैठक का उद्देश्य जिला स्तर पर संचालित प्रमुख योजनाओं की प्रगति की समीक्षा और उनके बेहतर निष्पादन को लेकर निर्देश देना था।

मत्स्य सम्पदा योजना से हुई समीक्षा की शुरुआत

बैठक की शुरुआत प्रधानमंत्री मत्स्य सम्पदा योजना (PMMSY) की समीक्षा से हुई, जिसमें बताया गया कि वर्ष 2025-26 के लिए ‘धरती आबा जनजातीय ग्राम उत्कर्ष अभियान (DAJGUA)’ के तहत 31 जुलाई तक आवेदन आमंत्रित किए जाएंगे। वहीं, वर्ष 2023-24 की लंबित योजनाओं जैसे Small RAS और Backyard Ornamental Fish Unit तथा 2020-2025 के बीच कार्यान्वयन की स्थिति की भी समीक्षा की गई।

प्राकृतिक खेती पर विशेष फोकस

नेशनल मिशन ऑन नेचुरल फार्मिंग (NMNF) के अंतर्गत जिले में 6 क्लस्टर बनाकर प्रत्येक में 125 किसानों को जोड़ते हुए 50 हेक्टेयर भूमि पर प्राकृतिक खेती की योजना बनाई गई है। कृषि सखी/सीआरपी का चयन, ब्लॉक स्तरीय एजेंसी की नियुक्ति और BRC (Biological Resource Centre) की स्थापना जैसे पहलुओं पर दिशा-निर्देश दिए गए। उपायुक्त ने इन बिंदुओं को प्राथमिकता देने और योजनाओं के अभिसरण को सशक्त बनाने पर ज़ोर दिया।

31 जुलाई को होगा कृषि यंत्रीकरण वितरण कार्यक्रम

भूमि संरक्षण कोषांग की योजनाओं की समीक्षा के साथ, प्रस्तावित प्रमंडल स्तरीय कृषि यंत्रीकरण प्रोत्साहन योजना के तहत मिनी ट्रैक्टर, बड़े ट्रैक्टर और सहायक उपकरणों के वितरण कार्यक्रम की भी चर्चा हुई। यह कार्यक्रम 31 जुलाई को KO कॉलेज, गुमला में आयोजित होगा, जहां मुख्य अतिथि के रूप में कृषि मंत्री शिल्पी नेहा तिर्की उपस्थित रहेंगी।

खरीफ सीजन और बीज वितरण की समीक्षा

कृषि विभाग की समीक्षा के दौरान वर्षापात, खरीफ फसल आच्छादन, बीज वितरण, मृदा स्वास्थ्य कार्ड, PM सूक्ष्म सिंचाई योजना, एग्री स्मार्ट ग्राम, किसान क्रेडिट कार्ड, ऋण माफी, और ई-केवाईसी अद्यतन पर चर्चा की गई। साथ ही, बसिया और सिसई में कृषक पाठशाला निर्माण की प्रगति की जानकारी दी गई।

डुमरी और जारी में विशेष पहल

डुमरी और जारी प्रखंडों को प्राथमिकता देते हुए, वहां बिरसा कृषि विश्वविद्यालय से मक्का बीज मंगाकर किसानों को सरकारी योजना के बाहर से भी सहयोग देने की पहल की जा रही है। उपायुक्त ने निर्देश दिया कि इन क्षेत्रों में कृषि विस्तार कार्य को गति दी जाए।

समापन में समयबद्ध क्रियान्वयन पर जोर

बैठक के अंत में उपायुक्त ने सभी विभागों को निर्देशित किया कि योजनाओं को समयबद्ध तरीके से पूर्ण किया जाए, लाभार्थियों की संख्या बढ़ाई जाए, और जमीनी स्तर पर ठोस क्रियान्वयन सुनिश्चित किया जाए।

बैठक में जिला कृषि पदाधिकारी, उद्यान पदाधिकारी, पशुपालन पदाधिकारी, मत्स्य पदाधिकारी, भूमि संरक्षण पदाधिकारी, सहकारिता पदाधिकारी, JSLPS के प्रतिनिधि, और सभी संबंधित विभागों के अधिकारी उपस्थित रहे।
