गुमला समाहरणालय में सरकारी योजनाओं की समीक्षा बैठक, डीसी ने बैंकर्स को दिए कार्य में तेजी लाने के निर्देश

गुमला, 28 जुलाई 2025 — गुमला समाहरणालय के सभागार में उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित की अध्यक्षता में मंगलवार को सरकारी प्रायोजित योजनाओं की प्रगति की समीक्षा को लेकर बैंकों और विभागीय अधिकारियों के साथ एक अहम बैठक का आयोजन किया गया। बैठक का उद्देश्य योजनाओं के लाभुकों तक पहुंच और निष्पादन की गति को प्रभावी बनाना था।

बैठक का फोकस: KCC, PMEGP, SHG और PMFME योजनाएं

बैठक में मुख्य रूप से किसान क्रेडिट कार्ड (KCC), प्रधानमंत्री रोजगार सृजन कार्यक्रम (PMEGP), स्वयं सहायता समूह (SHG) और प्रधानमंत्री फॉर्मलाइजेशन ऑफ माइक्रो फूड प्रोसेसिंग एंटरप्राइजेज (PMFME) जैसी योजनाओं पर चर्चा की गई।

डीसी प्रेरणा दीक्षित ने KCC योजना की धीमी प्रगति पर चिंता व्यक्त करते हुए अधिक से अधिक किसानों को योजना से जोड़ने के लिए विशेष कैंप आयोजित करने का निर्देश दिया। उन्होंने बताया कि अप्रैल से अब तक कुल 1,353 KCC आवेदन प्राप्त हुए हैं, जिनमें से 796 स्वीकृत किए जा चुके हैं, जबकि शेष पर कार्य प्रगति में है।

PMFME पर निष्क्रियता पर जताई नाराजगी

PMFME योजना की समीक्षा के दौरान उपायुक्त ने लाभुकों की सूची, लंबित मामलों और रिजेक्शन के कारणों पर विशेष ध्यान दिया। उन्होंने बैंक प्रतिनिधियों से अपील की कि लंबित 20 आवेदनों पर त्वरित कार्रवाई करते हुए स्वीकृति प्रक्रिया में तेजी लाएं।

SHG और PMEGP योजनाओं में भी तेजी के निर्देश

SHG और PMEGP योजनाओं के प्रदर्शन की समीक्षा करते हुए उपायुक्त ने संबंधित विभागों और बैंक शाखाओं को निर्देशित किया कि वे लंबित कार्यों का शीघ्र निष्पादन करें और अधिकतम लाभुकों को योजनाओं से जोड़े। साथ ही उन्होंने बैंकों को कार्य निष्पादन में गुणवत्ता सुधारने पर बल दिया।

इस महत्वपूर्ण बैठक में जिला कृषि पदाधिकारी, बागवानी पदाधिकारी, पशुपालन पदाधिकारी, सहकारिता पदाधिकारी, एलडीएम गुमला, JSLPS प्रतिनिधि, जिला उद्यमी समन्वयक, एवं विभिन्न बैंकों के शाखा प्रबंधक एवं प्रतिनिधि उपस्थित रहे।
