गुमला में आपूर्ति विभाग की समीक्षा बैठक सम्पन्न, उपायुक्त ने राशन वितरण में 100% उपलब्धि सुनिश्चित करने के दिए निर्देश

गुमला, 28 जुलाई — जिला समाहरणालय स्थित उपायुक्त कार्यालय में शुक्रवार को आयोजित आपूर्ति विभाग की समीक्षात्मक बैठक में उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित ने खाद्य सुरक्षा योजनाओं की अद्यतन स्थिति की समीक्षा करते हुए समस्त पात्र लाभुकों तक समयबद्ध और शत-प्रतिशत राशन वितरण के निर्देश दिए।

बैठक में धान अधिप्राप्ति, राष्ट्रीय खाद्य सुरक्षा अधिनियम (NFSA), ग्रीन राशन कार्ड, नवीन राशन कार्ड वितरण, नमक-चीनी-चना दाल आपूर्ति, डाकिया योजना, ई-केवाईसी अद्यतन और PMGKAY पोर्टल से संबंधित बिंदुओं पर विस्तृत चर्चा की गई।

जिला आपूर्ति पदाधिकारी द्वारा प्रस्तुत रिपोर्ट के अनुसार:

• अब तक 6,35,640 लाभुकों का ई-केवाईसी पूर्ण हो चुका है।
• एनएफएसए अंतर्गत अगस्त माह तक 83.2% लक्ष्य के अनुरूप 37,06,168 कार्डधारियों को चावल एवं आटा का वितरण किया गया।
• ग्रीन राशन कार्ड योजना के अंतर्गत जुलाई तक 18,674 लाभुकों को खाद्यान्न वितरण हुआ, जो 70.53% की उपलब्धि दर्शाता है।
• चना दाल वितरण में मई तक 73.09% यानी 1,43,158 लाभुकों को सामग्री प्रदान की गई।
• डाकिया योजना के तहत विशेष जनजातीय समूह (PVTG) के 1,20,175 कार्डधारियों में से 96.81% को राशन वितरण सफलतापूर्वक किया गया।

बैठक में उपायुक्त ने स्पष्ट निर्देश दिया कि

“राशन वितरण की प्रक्रिया में गति लाई जाए और लक्ष्य की शत-प्रतिशत पूर्ति सुनिश्चित की जाए। साथ ही अयोग्य राशन कार्डधारियों की पहचान कर कार्ड डिलिशन कार्य समयसीमा में पूरा किया जाए।”

उपायुक्त ने प्रखंड आपूर्ति पदाधिकारियों, प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारियों और अंचल अधिकारियों को सख्त हिदायत दी कि वे अपने क्षेत्रों की राशन दुकानों का नियमित निरीक्षण करें और निरीक्षण रिपोर्ट समय पर उपलब्ध कराएं। उन्होंने खाद्यान्न वितरण की पारदर्शिता बनाए रखने पर भी बल दिया।

बैठक में सभी संबंधित प्रखंडों के अधिकारी, जिला आपूर्ति पदाधिकारी सहित अंचल अधिकारी एवं विभागीय कर्मी उपस्थित थे।
