गुमला :- गुमला उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित की अध्यक्षता में गुमला समाहरणालय सभागार कक्ष में UID एवं मोबाइल टावर नेटवर्क को लेकर एक विशेष समीक्षात्मक बैठक का आयोजन किया गया।
बैठक में उपायुक्त ने सभी पंचायत भवनों में इंटरनेट सुविधा सुचारू रूप से उपलब्ध कराने हेतु संबंधित अधिकारियों को आवश्यक दिशा-निर्देश दिए। बताया गया कि गुमला जिले में कुल 486 मोबाइल टावर स्थापित हैं, जिनमें BSNL के 85, एयरटेल के 186 तथा JIO के 215 टावर हैं। 12 नए शैडो एरिया में मोबाइल टावर के अधिष्ठापन हेतु क्षेत्र चयनित किए गए हैं तथा 11 अन्य क्षेत्रों में नए टावर स्थापित करने की प्रक्रिया प्रगति पर है। वर्तमान में 7 स्थानों पर मोबाइल टावर स्थापित करने का कार्य चल रहा है। उपायुक्त ने इन कार्यों को शीघ्रता से पूर्ण करने का निर्देश दिया।
इसके अतिरिक्त, जिन 17 पंचायत भवनों में नेटवर्क अथवा ब्रॉडबैंड कनेक्शन नहीं है, वहां एक सप्ताह के भीतर कनेक्शन प्रक्रिया पूर्ण कर रिपोर्ट समर्पित करने के निर्देश दिए गए। जिन आठ पंचायतों में कार्य पूर्ण हो चुका है, उन्हें फंक्शनल करने, सभी पंचायतों में लगे ब्रॉडबैंड कनेक्शन का एक वर्ष का रिचार्ज कराने हेतु डीपीआरओ को निर्देशित किया गया।
भारत नेट को 15 अगस्त 2025 तक पूर्णत: सक्रिय करते हुए सभी पंचायतों में सेवा उपलब्ध कराने के लिये कोऑर्डिनेशन पर विशेष बल दिया गया। BSNL के सभी स्थापित टावर को सक्रिय एवं फुल-प्रूफ संचालन के लिए विद्युत विभाग को निर्बाध बिजली आपूर्ति सुनिश्चित करने का निर्देश दिया गया। जिन क्षेत्रों में नेटवर्क की समस्या है, वहां 10 दिनों के अंदर BDO से रिपोर्ट प्रस्तुत करने को कहा गया।
आधार कार्ड संबंधी समीक्षा के क्रम में उपायुक्त ने 17 BRC के फंक्शनल नहीं होने की स्थिति में 1 सप्ताह के भीतर इन्हें सक्रिय करने, पोस्ट ऑफिस में 0 से 5 वर्ष के बच्चों को आधार बनाने की सुविधा सुनिश्चित करने, तथा जिन व्यक्तियों का आधार 10 वर्ष से अद्यतन नहीं हुआ है, उनका आधार डेटा अपडेट कराने के निर्देश दिए। आम नागरिकों को आधार जन जागरूकता अभियान से जोड़ने व विद्यालयों में 100% बच्चों के आधार निर्माण हेतु शिक्षा विभाग से समन्वय कर कार्य करने का निर्देश संबंधित अधिकारियों को दिया गया।
बैठक में मुख्य रूप से कार्यपालक अभियंता, विद्युत विभाग; एलडीएम गुमला, डीपीएम (आधार), तथा विभिन्न मोबाइल नेटवर्क के प्रतिनिधि उपस्थित रहे।
