गुमला में जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस पर त्वरित सुनवाई, उपायुक्त ने समस्याओं के शीघ्र समाधान के दिए निर्देश

गुमला, 29 जुलाई — गुमला समाहरणालय के सभाकक्ष में उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित की अध्यक्षता में आयोजित साप्ताहिक जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस के दौरान जिले के विभिन्न प्रखंडों से आए सैकड़ों नागरिकों ने अपनी समस्याएं सीधे उपायुक्त के समक्ष रखीं। राशन, आवास, स्वास्थ्य, शिक्षा, सड़क, सामाजिक सुरक्षा और नशा मुक्ति से जुड़ी कई समस्याओं पर मौके पर ही समाधान किया गया, जबकि शेष मामलों पर त्वरित कार्रवाई के निर्देश दिए गए।

कामटोली में जलजमाव की समस्या पर तत्काल निर्देश

वार्ड संख्या 16, कामटोली के निवासियों ने बारिश में घरों में पानी भरने की शिकायत की। वर्षा जल निकासी बाधित होने के कारण स्थिति गंभीर बनी हुई थी। उपायुक्त ने तत्काल नगर परिषद कार्यपालक पदाधिकारी को कॉल कर निर्देश दिए और स्थायी समाधान हेतु पत्र भेजने का भी आदेश दिया।

थैलेसीमिया पीड़ित बालक के इलाज की राह आसान

हरगड़ा निवासी आभा मिंज ने अपने बेटे की थैलेसीमिया बीमारी की जानकारी देते हुए इलाज में राशन कार्ड की त्रुटि से आ रही बाधा की बात रखी। उपायुक्त ने मानवीय संवेदना दिखाते हुए त्वरित समाधान का आश्वासन दिया और निर्देश जारी किए।

शिवराजपुर में राशन डीलर की मांग पर हुई पहल

बेलगाड़ा पंचायत की महिलाओं ने गांव में राशन डीलर की अनुपलब्धता पर चिंता जताई। उपायुक्त ने समस्या की गंभीरता को समझते हुए नए डीलर की नियुक्ति पर विचार का निर्देश दिया।

ढहा मकान, पीड़ित परिवार को मिलेगी राहत

बसिया प्रखंड के टेंगरा जामटोली निवासी बालगोविंद लोहरा का मकान बारिश में ढह गया। उपायुक्त ने आपदा प्रबंधन शाखा को कार्रवाई का निर्देश देते हुए परिवार को योजनाओं के तहत सहायता देने को कहा।

नशा छोड़ छात्र ने मांगी शिक्षा में मदद, मिला मार्गदर्शन

जवाहर नवोदय विद्यालय के छात्र ने खुद को सुधारने की इच्छा जताई और शिक्षा में मदद की अपील की। उपायुक्त ने विद्यालय प्राचार्य को छात्र के लिए उपयुक्त व्यवस्था करने के निर्देश दिए।

अधूरी नाली निर्माण से उपजी समस्या पर कार्रवाई के आदेश

जिलीगा टागर टोली निवासी रमेश कुमार ने सड़क निर्माण के अधूरे कार्य से हो रही जलजमाव और विवाद की शिकायत की। उपायुक्त ने भू अर्जन पदाधिकारी को स्थलीय जांच कर कार्रवाई के निर्देश दिए।

राशन, आवास, पेंशन, सड़क जैसे मामलों पर भी सुनवाई

राशन कार्ड सुधार, आवास योजना, पेंशन, स्वास्थ्य सुविधाएं, रोजगार सहायता और घरेलू विवाद समाधान जैसे विषयों पर भी कई आवेदन प्राप्त हुए, जिन पर संबंधित विभागों को समयबद्ध व पारदर्शी कार्रवाई के निर्देश दिए गए।

हर सप्ताह, हर स्तर पर हो रहा जन संवाद

• हर मंगलवार व शुक्रवार को जिला और अनुमंडल स्तर पर जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस का आयोजन
• प्रत्येक सप्ताह प्रखंड स्तर पर भी BDO व CO द्वारा समाधान
• प्रत्येक शनिवार को चयनित प्रखंडों में अंचल दिवस
• हर माह की 26 तारीख को थाना दिवस, जहां थाना से जुड़े मामलों का निष्पादन

नागरिकों से अपील

जिला प्रशासन ने सभी नागरिकों से आग्रह किया है कि वे अपनी शिकायतों के समाधान हेतु निकटतम जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस में भाग लें और स्थानीय स्तर पर ही त्वरित समाधान का लाभ उठाएं।
