हजारीबाग सिविल कोर्ट परिसर में विधिक परामर्श शिविर आयोजित, अनुसंधानकर्ताओं को मिली कानूनी प्रक्रियाओं की गहन जानकारी

हजारीबाग, 29 जुलाई — झारखंड विधिक सेवा प्राधिकार के निर्देश पर मंगलवार को जिला विधिक सेवा प्राधिकार (डालसा) के बैनर तले सिविल कोर्ट परिसर में एक जिला स्तरीय हितधारक कानूनी परामर्श शिविर का आयोजन किया गया। प्रधान जिला एवं सत्र न्यायाधीश रंजीत कुमार की अध्यक्षता में आयोजित इस शिविर में अनुसंधानकर्ताओं सहित कई विधिक हितधारकों ने भाग लिया।

शिविर का उद्घाटन दीप प्रज्वलन के साथ हुआ, जिसमें डीसी शशि प्रकाश सिंह, एएसपी, हजारीबाग बार संघ के अध्यक्ष राजकुमार, उपाध्यक्ष विजय कुमार सिंह, सचिव सुमन कुमार सिंह, डालसा सचिव गौरव खुराना, और निबंधक दिव्यम चौधरी समेत अन्य विशिष्ट अतिथि मौजूद रहे।

न्यायाधीश रंजीत कुमार ने अनुसंधानकर्ताओं को निष्पक्ष और विधिसम्मत जांच की सलाह देते हुए कहा,

“हर केस में अनुसंधानकर्ता की भूमिका केंद्रीय होती है। उनकी गंभीरता ही पीड़ितों को न्याय तक पहुँचाने की कुंजी है।”

डीसी शशि प्रकाश सिंह ने पोक्सो मामलों में संवेदनशीलता बनाए रखने की आवश्यकता पर बल दिया। वहीं बार संघ अध्यक्ष और सचिव ने भविष्य में भी इस तरह के कार्यक्रमों में सहयोग का भरोसा दिलाया।

शिविर के दौरान अनुसंधानकर्ताओं ने जांच के दौरान आने वाली चुनौतियों को साझा किया, जिनका समाधान विशेषज्ञों ने मौके पर दिया। मंच संचालन कर रहे डालसा सचिव गौरव खुराना ने प्रशिक्षण से संबंधित कई महत्वपूर्ण जानकारी दी और प्रतिभागियों को धन्यवाद भी ज्ञापित किया।

प्रशिक्षणदाताओं की भूमिका में शामिल रहे:

• विशेष न्यायाधीश (पोक्सो) आसिफ इकबाल, जिन्होंने पोक्सो एक्ट के तहत पीड़िता का बयान दर्ज करने, मेडिकल जांच और चार्जशीट फाइलिंग की प्रक्रिया स्पष्ट की।
• अपर जिला एवं सत्र न्यायाधीश आभास वर्मा, जिन्होंने मोटर यान दावा दुर्घटना अधिनियम और उससे जुड़ी समय सीमाओं की विस्तृत जानकारी दी।
• अनुसंधान प्रशिक्षण विद्यालय, रांची के असित कुमार मोदी, जिन्होंने पोक्सो और एमएसीटी से संबंधित कानूनी प्रक्रिया समझाई।
• वरिष्ठ अधिवक्ता नवनीश चंद्र प्रसाद, जिन्होंने महिलाओं से जुड़े कानूनों पर व्यापक प्रकाश डाला।

शिविर में मौजूद अनुसंधानकर्ताओं ने कार्यक्रम की सराहना की और भविष्य में ऐसे प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रमों के पुनः आयोजन की मांग की।
