विभावि में मूक कार्यशाला का चौथा दिन: कुलपति ने ऑनलाइन शिक्षा को भविष्य की दिशा बताया

हजारीबाग, 29 जुलाई — विनोबा भावे विश्वविद्यालय के कुलपति प्रो. चंद्र भूषण शर्मा ने मंगलवार को कहा कि “विभावि को भारत में ऑनलाइन शिक्षा का अग्रणी केंद्र बनना चाहिए।” वे विश्वविद्यालय के गोस्वामी तुलसीदास केंद्रीय पुस्तकालय भवन में आयोजित छह दिवसीय मूक (MOOC) डिजाइन एवं डेवलपमेंट कार्यशाला के चौथे दिन प्रतिभागियों को संबोधित कर रहे थे।

कार्यशाला के दौरान कुलपति ने विभिन्न प्रतिभागियों द्वारा तैयार किए गए वीडियो और पीपीटी का अवलोकन किया और आवश्यक सुझाव दिए। उन्होंने कहा कि,

“ऑनलाइन स्टडी मैटेरियल में कंटेंट के साथ उसकी प्रस्तुति भी उतनी ही जरूरी है। स्क्रीन पर सबका प्रस्तुतिकरण आकर्षक हो, इसके लिए सभी को पूर्व तैयारी के साथ आना चाहिए।”

उन्होंने प्रतिभागियों को निर्देश दिया कि वे पहले चरण में कम-से-कम दो सप्ताह का स्टडी मैटेरियल तैयार करें ताकि डिजिटल शिक्षा में गुणवत्तापूर्ण कंटेंट की नींव रखी जा सके।

कार्यशाला के कोऑर्डिनेटर डॉ. इंद्रजीत कुमार ने बताया कि मंगलवार के सत्र का संचालन हैदराबाद विश्वविद्यालय के प्रो. मधुसूदन जे. वी. एवं इंदिरा गांधी मुक्त विश्वविद्यालय, नई दिल्ली के प्रो. अजीत कुमार सी. के. ने किया। उन्होंने प्रतिभागियों को ऑडियो-विजुअल सामग्री निर्माण, ई-टेक्स्ट डिजाइन, और आकलन के लिए क्विज आधारित प्रणाली की तकनीकी जानकारी प्रदान की।

प्रो. अजीत कुमार ने बताया कि शिक्षण सामग्री सरल भाषा में, शत-प्रतिशत मौलिक और प्लेगियारिज्म मुक्त होनी चाहिए। वहीं प्रो. मधुसूदन ने इंटरएक्टिव वीडियो निर्माण, आठ प्रकार के विमर्श, और विद्यार्थियों की सहभागिता बढ़ाने वाले टूल्स पर विस्तृत चर्चा की।

गौरतलब है कि इस कार्यशाला में विश्वविद्यालय के 19 विषयों के विशेषज्ञ भाग ले रहे हैं, जो भविष्य में MOOC आधारित पाठ्यक्रमों को विकसित करने में अहम भूमिका निभाएंगे।
