गुमला उपायुक्त ने कहा – राजस्व मामलों का त्वरित निष्पादन और पारदर्शिता प्रशासन की प्राथमिकता

जिले में राजस्व से संबंधित मामलों के शीघ्र समाधान और पारदर्शिता सुनिश्चित करने पर जोर देते हुए उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित ने सोमवार को समाहरणालय सभागार में आयोजित राजस्व संबंधी विशेष बैठक की अध्यक्षता की। बैठक में ऑनलाइन म्यूटेशन से लेकर भूमि सीमांकन और पीएम किसान योजना तक की प्रगति की विस्तृत समीक्षा की गई।

लंबित म्यूटेशन मामलों पर सख्त निर्देश

ऑनलाइन म्यूटेशन की समीक्षा करते हुए उपायुक्त ने स्पष्ट कहा कि बिना आपत्ति वाले मामलों को कतई लंबित न रखा जाए। उन्होंने निर्देश दिया कि सभी लंबित आवेदनों का त्वरित और प्राथमिकता के आधार पर निष्पादन किया जाए।

रेवेन्यू कोर्ट और दाखिल-खारिज मामलों में पारदर्शिता जरूरी

बैठक में रेवेन्यू कोर्ट से जुड़े मामलों पर चर्चा करते हुए उपायुक्त ने अधिकारियों को समयबद्ध निपटारा सुनिश्चित करने के आदेश दिए। उन्होंने दाखिल-खारिज संबंधी मामलों में दक्षता और पारदर्शिता अपनाने की आवश्यकता पर बल दिया।

जन शिकायतों और भूमि विवादों पर प्राथमिक ध्यान

उपायुक्त ने कहा कि भूमि विवाद और राजस्व संबंधी जन शिकायतों का समाधान जिला प्रशासन की सर्वोच्च प्राथमिकता है। उन्होंने अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिया कि आम नागरिकों को शीघ्र और सुगम सेवाएं उपलब्ध कराई जाएं ताकि लोगों का प्रशासन पर भरोसा मजबूत हो।

पीएम किसान योजना और प्रमाण पत्र निर्गत प्रक्रिया

बैठक में उपायुक्त ने पीएम किसान योजना से जुड़े लंबित ई-केवाईसी और पंजीकरण कार्यों को अभियान मोड में पूरा करने का निर्देश दिया।
साथ ही जाति, आय और आवासीय प्रमाण पत्रों की निर्गत प्रक्रिया की भी समीक्षा की गई और इसमें तेजी लाने के निर्देश दिए गए।

प्राकृतिक आपदा राहत व्यय पर निगरानी

प्राकृतिक आपदा राहत मद में प्राप्त राशि के समयबद्ध व्यय को लेकर भी उपायुक्त ने अधिकारियों को दिशा-निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने कहा कि इस धनराशि का उपयोग पारदर्शी और नियमानुसार होना चाहिए।

पारदर्शिता और जवाबदेही पर जोर

उपायुक्त दीक्षित ने कहा – “राजस्व प्रशासन में पारदर्शिता, जवाबदेही और समयबद्धता अनिवार्य है। सभी अंचलाधिकारी और प्रखंड स्तरीय पदाधिकारी अपने क्षेत्रों में लंबित मामलों के शीघ्र निष्पादन की जिम्मेदारी तय करेंगे।”

बैठक में अधिकारीगण की मौजूदगी

बैठक में अपर समाहर्ता गुमला, एसडीओ सदर, एसडीओ चैनपुर, एसडीओ बसिया, सभी अंचलाधिकारी सहित अन्य संबंधित पदाधिकारी और कर्मचारी मौजूद रहे।
