गुमला नवोदय विद्यालय में खाद्य सुरक्षा निरीक्षण, छात्रों को स्वस्थ खानपान के लिए किया गया जागरूक

गुमला, 28 अगस्त।
गुमला उपायुक्त के निर्देश पर जवाहर नवोदय विद्यालय, मसरिया डेम, घाघरा में सोमवार को खाद्य सुरक्षा विभाग की ओर से विशेष निरीक्षण किया गया। अभियान का नेतृत्व खाद्य सुरक्षा पदाधिकारी प्रकाश चंद्र गुग्गी ने मुख्य चिकित्सा पदाधिकारी के मार्गदर्शन में किया।

“ईट राइट इंडिया” के तहत चला जागरूकता कार्यक्रम

निरीक्षण के दौरान छात्रों को “ईट राइट इंडिया” अभियान से जोड़ते हुए ईट राइट स्कूल कार्यक्रम पर जानकारी दी गई। उन्हें संतुलित आहार, पोषण तत्वों की भूमिका और स्वच्छ भोजन की आवश्यकता के बारे में बताया गया। साथ ही फूड फोर्टिफिकेशन, नो फूड वेस्ट और ‘आज से थोड़ा कम’ (तेल, नमक और चीनी का सीमित उपयोग) विषयों पर जागरूक किया गया।

कैंटीन और खाद्य पदार्थों की गहन जाँच

विद्यालय कैंटीन का भौतिक निरीक्षण करते हुए अधिकारी ने खाद्य पदार्थों की गुणवत्ता, मैन्युफैक्चरिंग एवं एक्सपायरी डेट, लाइसेंस नंबर, और भंडारण व्यवस्था की जाँच की।
इसके अलावा, पानी की नियमित गुणवत्ता जाँच, पेस्ट कंट्रोल, तथा एप्रोन, हेडगियर और ग्लव्स के उपयोग को अनिवार्य करने के निर्देश दिए गए।

विद्यालय प्रशासन को सख्त निर्देश

विद्यालय प्रबंधन से कहा गया कि खाद्य सामग्री के भंडारण से लेकर परोसने तक हर चरण में स्वच्छता का पालन किया जाए। छात्रों के भोजन में पोषक तत्वों की पर्याप्त मात्रा सुनिश्चित करने और भोजन की बर्बादी रोकने पर विशेष जोर दिया गया।

छात्रों को प्रेरित किया गया

कार्यक्रम के अंत में विद्यार्थियों को स्वस्थ जीवनशैली अपनाने और संतुलित आहार को अपनी दिनचर्या का हिस्सा बनाने की प्रेरणा दी गई।
