गुमला में साप्ताहिक जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस, डीसी ने सुनी ग्रामीणों की समस्याएँ

गुमला, 29 अगस्त। जिले में आयोजित साप्ताहिक जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस के दौरान सोमवार को उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित ने ग्रामीणों और शहरी क्षेत्रों से आए नागरिकों की समस्याएँ सीधे सुनीं। विभिन्न गांवों से पहुँचे लोगों ने मुआवज़े, सामाजिक योजनाओं, भूमि विवाद और रोज़मर्रा की दिक़्क़तों से जुड़ी शिकायतें डीसी के समक्ष रखीं।

राजमार्ग चौड़ीकरण से क्षतिग्रस्त मकान पर मुआवज़े की मांग

भरनो मौजा की नीलम देवी ने बताया कि एनएचएआई द्वारा राजमार्ग चौड़ीकरण के दौरान उनका मकान बुरी तरह क्षतिग्रस्त हो गया है। केवल 10% हिस्सा बचा है जो रहने योग्य नहीं है। उन्होंने उचित मुआवज़े की मांग की। इस पर उपायुक्त ने मामले को गंभीरता से लेते हुए अपर समाहर्ता और जिला भू-अर्जन पदाधिकारी को कार्रवाई का निर्देश दिया।

दिव्यांग छात्र ने इलेक्ट्रिक स्कूटी की रखी मांग

गुमला के दिव्यांग निवासी पवन कुमार कोटाम, जो वर्तमान में UPSC की तैयारी कर रहे हैं, ने प्रधानमंत्री इलेक्ट्रिक स्कूटी योजना के तहत वाहन उपलब्ध कराने का आग्रह किया। उपायुक्त ने उनकी समस्या पर जिला समाज कल्याण पदाधिकारी को तुरंत पत्र भेजते हुए आवश्यक कार्रवाई करने को कहा।

भूमि विवाद और आपसी मतभेद पर भी सुनवाई

नवाडीह निवासी डहरि उरांव और सरका की सोना उरांव ने अपने-अपने भूमि विवाद और आपसी मतभेद की शिकायत उपायुक्त के समक्ष रखी। डीसी ने आश्वासन दिया कि इन मामलों की सुनवाई संबंधित अंचल दिवस पर की जाएगी।

बैटरी रिक्शा की मांग पर निर्देश

घाघरा की मीना देवी ने अपनी आजीविका के लिए बैटरी चालित रिक्शा उपलब्ध कराने की मांग की। डीसी ने आवेदन को संबंधित अधिकारी को अग्रसारित कर आवश्यक कार्रवाई सुनिश्चित करने के निर्देश दिए।

अन्य शिकायतें और त्वरित कार्रवाई के आदेश

बैठक में इसके अलावा भी कई जमीन विवाद, सामाजिक समस्याएँ और सरकारी योजनाओं से जुड़ी शिकायतें सामने आईं। उपायुक्त ने सभी आवेदनों को गंभीरता से सुनते हुए उन्हें संबंधित विभागीय अधिकारियों को भेजा और समस्याओं के शीघ्र समाधान का निर्देश दिया।
