बोर्ड परीक्षा की तैयारी पर गुमला डीसी सख्त, लापरवाह शिक्षकों का वेतन होगा स्थगित

गुमला, 29 अगस्त। आगामी बोर्ड परीक्षा को लेकर गुमला की उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित ने सोमवार को जिले के 110 से अधिक उच्च विद्यालयों के प्रधानाध्यापकों के साथ ऑनलाइन समीक्षा बैठक की। बैठक में जिला शिक्षा अधीक्षक भी मौजूद रहे। इस दौरान परीक्षा की तैयारियों, छात्रों के पाठ्यक्रम की प्रगति और विद्यालयों की भौतिक स्थिति पर विस्तृत चर्चा की गई।

सिलेबस पूरा नहीं कराने वाले प्रधानाध्यापकों पर नाराज़गी

उपायुक्त ने सबसे पहले यह समीक्षा की कि छात्रों का सिलेबस समय पर पूरा हुआ है या नहीं। कई विद्यालयों में इसमें लापरवाही पाए जाने पर उपायुक्त ने असंतोष जताया। उन्होंने स्पष्ट कहा कि शैक्षणिक लापरवाही बर्दाश्त नहीं की जाएगी।

लैब और संसाधनों पर विशेष जोर

बैठक के दौरान विद्यालयों की भौतिक संरचना और प्रयोगशालाओं की कार्यप्रणाली पर भी चर्चा हुई। उपायुक्त ने निर्देश दिया कि फिजिक्स, केमिस्ट्री, बायोलॉजी और आईसीटी लैब हर हाल में कार्यशील रहें। इसके लिए वरीय अधिकारियों को विद्यालयों से टैग कर नियमित निरीक्षण सुनिश्चित करने को कहा गया।

अनुपस्थित प्रधानाध्यापकों पर कार्रवाई तय

डीसी ने कहा कि जो प्रधानाध्यापक बैठक में शामिल नहीं हुए, उनके खिलाफ कार्रवाई की जाएगी। इसी तरह जिन शिक्षकों ने सिलेबस पूरा नहीं कराया, बायोमेट्रिक उपस्थिति में लापरवाही बरती, रेल टेस्ट आयोजित नहीं किया या उसका परिणाम पोर्टल पर अपलोड नहीं किया, उनके खिलाफ वेतन स्थगन की कार्रवाई की जाएगी।

रेल टेस्ट और परीक्षा अनुशासन पर कड़े निर्देश

उपायुक्त ने सभी विद्यालयों को समय पर रेल टेस्ट आयोजित करने और उसका परिणाम ऑनलाइन अपलोड करने का कड़ा आदेश दिया। उन्होंने कहा, “बोर्ड परीक्षा छात्रों के जीवन से जुड़ा अत्यंत महत्वपूर्ण पड़ाव है। इस दिशा में किसी भी प्रकार की लापरवाही स्वीकार्य नहीं होगी। सभी शिक्षक व प्रधानाध्यापक पूरी जिम्मेदारी के साथ कार्य करें ताकि छात्रों का परिणाम बेहतर हो और जिले में शिक्षा की गुणवत्ता में वास्तविक सुधार हो।”
