गुमला में मध्याह्न भोजन व खाद्य सामग्री की जांच, मंडल कारा से सैंपल लैब भेजे गए

गुमला, 30 अगस्त। जिले में खाद्य सुरक्षा सुनिश्चित करने के उद्देश्य से शुक्रवार को राजेंद्र अभ्यास स्कूल करमटोली और मंडल कारा गुमला का औचक निरीक्षण किया गया। यह जांच उपायुक्त के निर्देश पर, अभिहित अधिकारी सह अपर मुख्य चिकित्सा पदाधिकारी के मार्गदर्शन में खाद्य सुरक्षा पदाधिकारी प्रकाश चंद्र गुग्गी द्वारा की गई।

विभिन्न खाद्य पदार्थों के सैंपल एकत्रित

निरीक्षण के दौरान मंडल कारा से चीनी, आटा, गुड़, तेल, मसूर दाल, अरहर दाल और मूंग दाल के नमूने लिए गए और इन्हें प्रयोगशाला भेजा गया। अधिकारियों ने स्पष्ट किया कि यदि जांच में किसी भी सामग्री की गुणवत्ता संदिग्ध पाई जाती है, तो संबंधित आपूर्तिकर्ता (वेंडर) पर कानूनी कार्रवाई की जाएगी।

स्वच्छता और सुरक्षा पर विशेष जोर

खाद्य सुरक्षा पदाधिकारी ने बताया कि भोजन की गुणवत्ता बनाए रखने के लिए समय-समय पर पेयजल की जांच, पेस्ट कंट्रोल, खाद्य सामग्री की मैन्युफैक्चरिंग व एक्सपायरी डेट तथा लाइसेंस नंबर की जांच अनिवार्य है। इसके साथ ही, उन्होंने रसोईघर, भंडारण स्थल और पूरे परिसर को स्वच्छ एवं सुरक्षित रखने का निर्देश दिया।
