गुमला में “आदि कर्मयोगी अभियान” के तहत सभी प्रखंडों में उन्मुखीकरण कार्यशाला सम्पन्न

गुमला, 30 अगस्त। जनजातीय कार्य मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार द्वारा संचालित “धरती आबा जनजातीय ग्राम उत्कर्ष अभियान (DA-JGUA)” के अंतर्गत “आदि कर्मयोगी अभियान” के तहत शनिवार को गुमला जिले के सभी प्रखंडों में एकदिवसीय उन्मुखीकरण कार्यशाला आयोजित की गई। कार्यशालाएँ प्रखंड कार्यालयों में हुईं और इनका उद्घाटन संबंधित प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारियों ने किया।

ग्राम स्तर पर योजनाओं के सफल क्रियान्वयन पर जोर

अधिकारियों ने बताया कि कार्यशाला का उद्देश्य प्रखंड स्तर पर कार्यरत कर्मियों और फ्रंटलाइन वर्कर्स को प्रशिक्षित करना है, ताकि वे योजनाओं को ग्राम स्तर तक प्रभावी ढंग से लागू कर सकें। उन्होंने स्पष्ट किया कि इस अभियान में ग्राम पंचायत सचिवों, स्वयंसेवकों और स्थानीय समुदाय की सक्रिय भागीदारी सुनिश्चित की जाएगी।

इसके साथ ही योजनाओं को डिजिटल प्लेटफॉर्म से जोड़े जाने पर बल दिया गया, जिससे ग्रामीणों को विभिन्न सेवाएँ और योजनाएँ एक ही स्थान पर सुलभ होंगी।

प्रशिक्षण सत्र और व्यावहारिक अभ्यास

दिनभर चली कार्यशाला में प्रतिभागियों ने ग्राम विकास से जुड़े मुद्दों पर विस्तृत जानकारी हासिल की। कार्यक्रम में मॉक सेशन, ग्राम मानचित्र और विज़न प्लान निर्माण, फीडबैक सत्र एवं पीपीटी प्रस्तुति के माध्यम से योजनाओं की बारीकियों पर चर्चा की गई।

उपस्थित कर्मियों ने न केवल योजनाओं की व्यवहारिक उपयोगिता पर विचार किया, बल्कि विकास कार्यों की प्राथमिकताओं और भविष्य की चुनौतियों पर भी खुलकर विमर्श किया।

ग्रामीण विकास के लिए नई दिशा

आयोजकों का कहना है कि इस तरह के प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रमों से जमीनी स्तर पर कार्यरत कर्मियों को नई दृष्टि, दिशा और ऊर्जा मिलती है। “आदि कर्मयोगी अभियान” का लक्ष्य है कि प्रशिक्षित कर्मी स्थानीय संसाधनों के बेहतर उपयोग और सशक्त क्रियान्वयन के माध्यम से ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों के सर्वांगीण विकास में योगदान दे सकें।

विशेषज्ञों का मानना है कि इस अभियान से जनजातीय इलाकों में विकास की गति तेज होगी और योजनाओं का लाभ समाज के अंतिम व्यक्ति तक पहुँच सकेगा।
