गुमला में विशेष वाहन परमिट कैंप, मौके पर ही जारी हुए परमिट

गुमला, 30 अगस्त। दक्षिणी छोटानागपुर प्रादेशिक परिवहन प्राधिकरण, रांची के निर्देश पर गुमला में विशेष वाहन परमिट कैंप का आयोजन किया गया। इस मौके पर सचिव हरिवंश पंडित ने कैंप में पहुंचे आठ तीनपहिया वाहन चालकों को तुरंत परमिट जारी किया, वहीं अन्य 21 वाहनों के लिए परमिट निर्गत करने की प्रक्रिया पूरी की गई।

जिला स्तर पर मिलेगी सुविधा

इस अवसर पर उपस्थित जिला परिवहन पदाधिकारी ज्ञान शंकर जायसवाल, मोटरयान निरीक्षक रोबिन अजय सिंह और प्रदीप तिर्की ने वाहन स्वामियों से अपील की कि वे समय पर अपने वाहन का परमिट बनवाएं और बिना परमिट परिचालन से बचें।

अधिकारियों ने बताया कि इस विशेष कैंप का उद्देश्य गुमला के वाहन स्वामियों को सुविधा प्रदान करना है, ताकि उन्हें अब रांची जाकर परमिट लेने की कठिनाई का सामना न करना पड़े। अब वे अपने गृह जिले से ही ऑनलाइन माध्यम से परमिट बनवा सकेंगे।

परमिट प्रक्रिया और शुल्क संरचना

परिवहन विभाग के अनुसार परमिट की पूरी प्रक्रिया ऑनलाइन पोर्टल के जरिए की जाती है।

• आवेदन शुल्क – ₹150
• परमिट शुल्क
  • डीजल/पेट्रोल ऑटो – ₹3000
  • सवारी वाहन/बोलेरो/पिकअप/मालवाहन – ₹9000

विलंब शुल्क (लेट फीस):

• 1–30 दिन – ₹300
• 31–60 दिन – ₹1000
• 61–90 दिन – ₹3000
• 91 दिन से अधिक – ₹3000 + ₹500 प्रतिमाह

जरूरी दस्तावेज़

परमिट आवेदन के लिए वाहन मालिकों को निम्नलिखित दस्तावेज़ प्रस्तुत करने होंगे –

1. अपडेटेड इंश्योरेंस
2. रोड टैक्स रसीद
3. वाहन फिटनेस सर्टिफिकेट
4. प्रदूषण प्रमाण पत्र
5. रेडियम स्टीकर सर्टिफिकेट
6. (ऑटो को छोड़कर) अन्य वाहनों के लिए स्पीड गवर्नर प्रमाण पत्र
7. वाहन का रजिस्ट्रेशन कार्ड

बिना परमिट परिचालन पर सख्ती

परिवहन सचिव हरिवंश पंडित ने स्पष्ट चेतावनी दी कि बिना परमिट वाहन परिचालन करने पर मोटरयान अधिनियम की संगत धाराओं के तहत ₹10,000 या उससे अधिक का जुर्माना लगाया जाएगा।
