गुमला। जिले के दिव्यांग नागरिकों के लिए सोमवार का दिन विशेष रहा। गुमला उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित के निर्देश पर समाहरणालय परिसर से 9 दिव्यांग लाभुकों को मोटराइज्ड ट्राइसाइकिल उपलब्ध कराई गई।
यह पहल उपायुक्त के हाल ही में आयोजित जनता दरबार में प्राप्त आवेदनों के आधार पर की गई। जिला समाज कल्याण विभाग ने इन आवेदनों की जांच के बाद पात्र लाभुकों को ट्राइसाइकिल वितरित की।
लाभुकों से की बातचीत
वितरण कार्यक्रम के दौरान उपायुक्त दीक्षित ने लाभुकों से संवाद कर उनकी आवश्यकताओं और समस्याओं की जानकारी ली। उन्होंने अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिया कि दिव्यांग नागरिकों की समस्याओं का समाधान प्राथमिकता के साथ किया जाए।
प्रशासन की जिम्मेदारी : उपायुक्त
उपायुक्त ने कहा, “दिव्यांग नागरिक समाज का अभिन्न हिस्सा हैं। उन्हें आवश्यक सुविधाएं और सहयोग उपलब्ध कराना जिला प्रशासन की जिम्मेदारी है। हम यह सुनिश्चित करेंगे कि आगे भी जरूरतमंदों को समय पर सहायता दी जाए।”
सामाजिक समावेशन की दिशा में कदम
जिला प्रशासन का मानना है कि इस तरह की पहल से दिव्यांगजन न केवल स्वावलंबी बनेंगे बल्कि समाज की मुख्यधारा से और अधिक मजबूती से जुड़ पाएंगे।
