गुमला। जिला मुख्यालय स्थित समाहरणालय सभागार में शनिवार को जिला स्तरीय अनुकंपा समिति की बैठक आयोजित की गई। बैठक की अध्यक्षता उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित ने की। इसमें चौकीदार नियुक्ति, अनुकंपा आधारित नियुक्ति तथा उग्रवादी हिंसा से मृत व्यक्तियों के आश्रितों को सहायता से जुड़े मामलों पर विचार-विमर्श किया गया।
अनुकंपा नियुक्तियों पर फैसला
बैठक में कुल 07 सामान्य अनुकंपा आवेदन प्राप्त हुए, जिनमें से 04 को मंजूरी दी गई जबकि शेष 03 आवेदनों को विभागीय अनुमोदन हेतु भेजने का निर्णय लिया गया।
उग्रवादी हिंसा प्रभावित परिवारों को राहत
उग्रवादी हिंसा में मारे गए व्यक्तियों के आश्रितों की ओर से 12 आवेदन प्रस्तुत किए गए। इनमें से 04 को नियुक्ति स्वीकृति, 04 को विभागीय अनुमोदन और शेष को आगे की प्रक्रिया हेतु रखा गया। साथ ही, उन्हें अनुदान राशि के भुगतान की भी स्वीकृति दी गई।
चौकीदार नियुक्ति पर निर्णय
चौकीदार नियुक्ति के लिए आए 04 आवेदनों में से 03 को स्वीकृति दी गई।
अन्य प्रकरणों की समीक्षा
बैठक में MSCP योजना के अंतर्गत प्राप्त दो मामलों को भी स्वीकृति प्रदान की गई। इसके अलावा समिति ने अन्य आवेदनों की समीक्षा करते हुए संबंधित अधिकारियों को समयबद्ध कार्रवाई के निर्देश दिए।
पारदर्शिता के लिए तबादले
उपायुक्त ने निर्देश दिया कि तीन वर्ष से अधिक समय से एक ही कार्यालय में कार्यरत लिपिकों का स्थानांतरण सुनिश्चित किया जाए ताकि कार्यप्रणाली में पारदर्शिता बनी रहे।
संवेदनशीलता और समयबद्धता पर जोर
दीक्षित ने अधिकारियों को निर्देशित किया कि अनुकंपा नियुक्ति से जुड़े सभी मामलों का संवेदनशीलता और निर्धारित समय सीमा के भीतर निपटारा किया जाए, जिससे पात्र आवेदकों को शीघ्र लाभ मिल सके।
