गुमला। झारखंड शिक्षा परियोजना के तहत जिले की शैक्षणिक प्रगति की समीक्षा के लिए जिला शिक्षा पदाधिकारी-सह-जिला कार्यक्रम पदाधिकारी कविता खलखो ने अपने कार्यालय कक्ष में एक बैठक आयोजित की। इसमें सभी प्रखंड शिक्षा प्रसार पदाधिकारी, प्रखंड कार्यक्रम पदाधिकारी, कनिष्ठ अभियंता और लेखापाल सह कंप्यूटर ऑपरेटर शामिल हुए।
‘एक पेड़ मां के नाम’ अभियान में गुमला अव्वल
समीक्षा के दौरान पाया गया कि जिला प्रशासन और वन प्रमंडल गुमला के सहयोग से चल रहे ‘एक पेड़ मां के नाम’ अभियान के तहत अब तक 1,31,000 पौधे रोपे गए, जिससे गुमला पूरे राज्य में शीर्ष पर है। हालांकि, कुछ प्रखंडों में लक्ष्य से कम कार्य हुआ है। अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिया गया कि शेष कार्य एक सप्ताह के भीतर पूरा किया जाए।
विद्यालयों के लिए सख्त समयसीमा
बैठक में यह भी तय हुआ कि जिले के सभी सरकारी, अल्पसंख्यक और निजी विद्यालयों में
- मुख्यमंत्री स्वच्छ विद्यालय सर्वेक्षण और
- केंद्र सरकार के स्वच्छ एवं हरित विद्यालय रेटिंग
का कार्य 15 सितंबर तक हर हाल में पूरा किया जाए।
साथ ही, कक्षा 6 से 12 तक के छात्रों को नवाचारी सोच के 5-5 आइडिया ऑनलाइन सबमिट करने होंगे। विद्यालयों को नशा एवं तंबाकू मुक्त गतिविधियों से जुड़ी तस्वीरें भारत सरकार की संबंधित वेबसाइट पर अपलोड करने का भी निर्देश दिया गया।
पाठ्यक्रम और मूल्यांकन पर जोर
जिला शिक्षा पदाधिकारी ने स्पष्ट किया कि
- स्प्लिट सिलेबस कार्य समय पर पूरा किया जाए।
- सभी शिक्षक ऑनलाइन बायोमैट्रिक उपस्थिति दर्ज करें।
- अनिवार्य मासिक रेल टेस्ट का आयोजन और उसका मूल्यांकन सुनिश्चित हो।
इसके अतिरिक्त, 16 से 30 सितंबर तक सभी विद्यालयों में स्वच्छता पखवाड़ा प्रभावी ढंग से मनाने के लिए कार्ययोजना तैयार करने को कहा गया।
निगरानी और अनुश्रवण
उपायुक्त के निर्देशानुसार सभी उच्च एवं प्लस-टू विद्यालयों में सीआरपी और बीआरपी विशेष अनुश्रवण करेंगे और फोटो व प्रतिवेदन जिला कार्यालय को उपलब्ध कराएंगे।

बैठक में एडीपीओ ज्योति खलखो, सभी एपीओ, सहायक अभियंता शमशाद अली और फील्ड मैनेजर रामचंद्र सिंह समेत अन्य अधिकारी मौजूद रहे।
