विनोबा भावे विश्वविद्यालय में विश्व फिजियोथेरेपी दिवस समारोह, ‘स्वस्थ बुढ़ापा’ थीम पर हुआ आयोजन

हजारीबाग। विनोबा भावे विश्वविद्यालय के फिजियोथेरेपी विभाग द्वारा रविवार, 8 सितंबर को विश्व फिजियोथेरेपी दिवस का आयोजन विश्वविद्यालय परिसर में किया गया। इस वर्ष का विषय “स्वस्थ बुढ़ापा (Healthy Ageing)” रखा गया। कार्यक्रम को “विकसित भारत युवा कनेक्ट कार्यक्रम 2025” के तहत संपन्न किया गया।

कुलपति ने दी स्वास्थ्य और फिटनेस पर सलाह

कार्यक्रम के मुख्य अतिथि कुलपति प्रो. चंद्र भूषण शर्मा ने कहा, “स्वस्थ रहने के लिए प्रत्येक व्यक्ति को प्रतिदिन कम-से-कम दो घंटे व्यायाम को अपनी दिनचर्या में शामिल करना चाहिए।” उन्होंने विभाग को हर संभव सहयोग का आश्वासन दिया और बताया कि स्नातकोत्तर प्रवेश हेतु अतिरिक्त कक्षाओं की व्यवस्था की जाएगी। साथ ही, छात्राओं के लिए विश्वविद्यालय परिसर में टेबल टेनिस कक्ष उपलब्ध कराने की घोषणा भी की।

‘स्वस्थ बुढ़ापा’ पर विशेषज्ञ की राय

विशेष वक्ता डॉ. राहुल कुमार सिंह ने कहा कि “बढ़ती उम्र में स्वस्थ रहना केवल दवाइयों पर निर्भर नहीं है। नियमित व्यायाम, संतुलित आहार और फिजियोथेरेपी इसमें अहम भूमिका निभाते हैं।” उन्होंने समझाया कि फिजियोथेरेपिस्ट मरीजों को आत्मनिर्भर और सक्रिय जीवन जीने में कैसे मदद कर सकते हैं।

विश्वविद्यालय प्रशासन और विभाग की उपलब्धियाँ

कुलसचिव डॉ. सादिक रज़ाक़ ने बताया कि यह विभाग झारखंड का पहला स्नातक स्तरीय फिजियोथेरेपी विभाग है, जो विश्वविद्यालय के लिए गर्व की बात है।
वहीं, विभाग निदेशक डॉ. विकास कुमार ने कुलपति की नेतृत्व क्षमता की सराहना करते हुए कहा कि उनके कार्यकाल में विश्वविद्यालय लगातार प्रगति की ओर बढ़ रहा है। विभाग के पूर्व निदेशक यशवीर जग्गी ने भी कुलपति के प्रयासों की प्रशंसा की।

प्रतियोगिताएँ और सम्मान

कार्यक्रम के दौरान पोस्टर प्रतियोगिता आयोजित हुई, जिसमें

• प्रथम स्थान – शिवानी कुमारी
• द्वितीय स्थान – अंजलि
• तृतीय स्थान – संयुक्त रूप से निकिता राज एवं हिमानी को मिला।
  विजेताओं को सम्मानित किया गया।

आयोजन में सक्रिय सहयोग

इस अवसर पर डॉ. उमेंद्र सिंह, विकसित भारत युवा कनेक्ट कार्यक्रम 2025 के नोडल पदाधिकारी के रूप में मौजूद रहे। फिजियोथेरेपी विभाग के डॉ. राहुल कुमार, डॉ. मेराज नबी सिद्दीकी, डॉ. संजीव कुमार और डॉ. अंबिका गुप्ता ने कार्यक्रम में सक्रिय भूमिका निभाई।

कार्यक्रम का समापन डॉ. मेराज नबी सिद्दीकी के आभार ज्ञापन के साथ हुआ।
