गुमला में जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस: मौके पर कई समस्याओं का हुआ समाधान, शेष मामलों पर दिए गए सख्त निर्देश

गुमला — उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित की अध्यक्षता में सोमवार को समाहरणालय स्थित कार्यालय कक्ष में साप्ताहिक जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस का आयोजन किया गया। जिले के विभिन्न प्रखंडों और पंचायतों से बड़ी संख्या में लोग अपनी समस्याएँ लेकर पहुँचे। इस दौरान कई शिकायतों का निपटारा मौके पर ही कर दिया गया, जबकि गंभीर मामलों को शीघ्र कार्रवाई के लिए संबंधित विभागों को सौंपा गया।

नागरिकों की प्रमुख शिकायतें

इस जन संवाद कार्यक्रम में ग्रामीणों ने राशन कार्ड, रोजगार, आवास, स्वास्थ्य सेवाएँ, शिक्षा, सड़क निर्माण, बिजली, पेयजल, सामाजिक सुरक्षा योजनाएँ और नशामुक्ति जैसे मुद्दे उठाए।

• दिव्यांग के लिए ट्राइसाइकिल की मांग: संजू टोप्पो ने अपने दिव्यांग पुत्र को ट्राइसाइकिल उपलब्ध कराने और सरकारी योजनाओं का लाभ दिलाने की गुहार लगाई। उपायुक्त ने इस पर जिला समाज कल्याण विभाग को तुरंत कार्रवाई का निर्देश दिया।
• करौंडी में पेयजल संकट: ग्रामीणों ने बताया कि सात माह से जलमीनार खराब है और चापाकल भी बंद पड़े हैं। उपायुक्त ने अधिकारियों को शीघ्र मरम्मत कर पानी की आपूर्ति सुनिश्चित करने को कहा।
• रायडीह में बिजली की समस्या: कई सुदूर गांव आजादी के दशकों बाद भी बिजली सुविधा से वंचित हैं। ग्रामीणों ने शिकायत की कि दो वर्ष पूर्व लगाए गए सोलर पैनल अक्सर खराब रहते हैं। उपायुक्त ने बिजली विभाग को गंभीरता से समस्या का समाधान करने का निर्देश दिया।
• मुआवजे की मांग: एक महिला ने शिकायत की कि चराई के दौरान बिजली का तार गिरने से वह घायल हुई, लेकिन अब तक कोई मुआवजा नहीं मिला। इस पर उपायुक्त ने तत्काल जांच कर पीड़िता को मुआवजा दिलाने के निर्देश दिए।
• आर्थिक सहायता की गुहार: एक माँ ने अपनी बेटी के विवाह हेतु मदद मांगी। उपायुक्त ने जिला समाज कल्याण पदाधिकारी को मुख्यमंत्री कन्यादान योजना के तहत लाभ उपलब्ध कराने का आदेश दिया।

अन्य शिकायतें और निर्देश

जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस में आंगनबाड़ी सेविका नियुक्ति, भूमि विवाद, आवास योजना भुगतान, सामाजिक पेंशन, रोजगार गारंटी योजना, घरेलू विवाद और सड़क निर्माण जैसे विषयों पर भी कई आवेदन आए। उपायुक्त ने सभी विभागीय अधिकारियों को चेतावनी देते हुए कहा कि प्रत्येक आवेदन का समयबद्ध और पारदर्शी निपटारा सुनिश्चित किया जाए।

उपायुक्त का संदेश

कार्यक्रम के समापन पर उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित ने कहा—
“जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस का उद्देश्य केवल सुनवाई नहीं, बल्कि समस्याओं का त्वरित समाधान है। किसी भी लाभुक को बार-बार दफ्तरों के चक्कर नहीं लगाने पड़ने चाहिए। अधिकारी संवेदनशीलता और जिम्मेदारी के साथ कार्य करें, तभी प्रशासन पर लोगों का विश्वास मजबूत होगा।”

आगे की कार्यवाही

मौके पर निस्तारित मामलों को दस्तावेजी रूप दिया जाएगा और जिन मुद्दों पर विस्तृत जांच जरूरी है, उन पर एक तय समयसीमा के भीतर रिपोर्ट प्रस्तुत करनी होगी। उपायुक्त ने यह भी स्पष्ट किया कि लापरवाही बरतने वाले विभागीय कर्मियों के विरुद्ध कठोर कार्रवाई की जाएगी।
