शिक्षा की गुणवत्ता पर कोई समझौता नहीं : गुमला उपायुक्त ने दी कड़ी चेतावनी, बोर्ड परीक्षाओं की तैयारियों की विस्तृत समीक्षा

गुमला। जिले में शिक्षा व्यवस्था को सुदृढ़ बनाने और आगामी बोर्ड परीक्षाओं की तैयारियों की समीक्षा के लिए उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित की अध्यक्षता में सोमवार को विशेष बैठक आयोजित की गई। बैठक में जिला शिक्षा अधीक्षक, जिला शिक्षा पदाधिकारी, बीपीओ, प्रखंड कार्यक्रम पदाधिकारी, विभिन्न विद्यालयों के प्राचार्य और शिक्षक उपस्थित रहे।

कमजोर प्रदर्शन वाले विद्यालयों पर सख्ती

बैठक में खासतौर पर उन विद्यालयों के प्राचार्यों और शिक्षकों को बुलाया गया, जिनका प्रदर्शन अपेक्षानुसार नहीं रहा। उपायुक्त ने स्पष्ट चेतावनी दी कि “शिक्षा में लापरवाही अपराध के समान है। यदि शिक्षक स्वयं अनुशासित नहीं होंगे तो बच्चों को क्या सिखाएंगे? बच्चों का भविष्य किसी भी हाल में खतरे में नहीं डाला जा सकता।”

सिलेबस और उपस्थिति पर कड़ा निर्देश

एक-एक विद्यालय की परफॉर्मेंस की समीक्षा करते हुए उपायुक्त ने पाया कि कई स्कूलों में सिलेबस अब तक अधूरा है। ऐसे विद्यालयों के प्राचार्यों को निर्देश दिया गया कि निर्धारित समय सीमा में हर हाल में सिलेबस पूरा किया जाए।
इसके साथ ही बायोमेट्रिक उपस्थिति पर भी चर्चा हुई। जिन शिक्षकों की उपस्थिति शून्य रही, उनके मामलों की समीक्षा की गई। तकनीकी समस्या वाले मामलों को ठीक करने का आदेश दिया गया, जबकि जानबूझकर अनुपस्थित रहने वालों के खिलाफ कार्रवाई की चेतावनी दी गई।

बच्चों की उपस्थिति और नियमित परीक्षण पर जोर

बैठक में निर्णय लिया गया कि कम उपस्थिति वाले विद्यालयों में नियमित रूप से अभिभावक बैठकें आयोजित की जाएंगी और जरूरत पड़ने पर शिक्षकों द्वारा बच्चों के घर जाकर उन्हें विद्यालय भेजने के लिए प्रेरित किया जाएगा।
इसके साथ ही रेल टेस्ट (यूनिट टेस्ट) नियमित रूप से आयोजित करने और बच्चों को अधिक प्रैक्टिस कराने का निर्देश दिया गया।

लापरवाही पर वेतन रोकने की चेतावनी

उपायुक्त ने कहा कि “जो शिक्षक सिलेबस अधूरा छोड़ेंगे, रेल टेस्ट नहीं लेंगे या प्रदर्शन मानक से नीचे रहेगा, उनके वेतन का भुगतान रोक दिया जाएगा। सुधार के बाद ही वेतन बहाल होगा।”
उन्होंने बीपीओ, बीआरपी और सीआरपी को विद्यालयों की नियमित मॉनिटरिंग कर रिपोर्ट देने का आदेश दिया और यह भी चेतावनी दी कि लापरवाही पर उनके वेतन पर भी रोक लग सकती है।

ग्रुपिज़्म और राजनीति पर सख्त टिप्पणी

विद्यालयों में आपसी खींचतान और गुटबाज़ी की प्रवृत्ति की उपायुक्त ने कड़ी आलोचना की। उन्होंने कहा कि “यदि शिक्षक राजनीति और विरोध-प्रदर्शन में समय गंवाएंगे तो शिक्षा व्यवस्था पर गंभीर असर पड़ेगा।”

आधुनिक तकनीक और एआई टूल्स के इस्तेमाल पर जोर

शिक्षकों को शिक्षा पद्धति को अधिक प्रभावी बनाने के लिए डिजिटल टूल्स और आधुनिक तकनीक का प्रयोग करने की सलाह दी गई। उपायुक्त ने विशेष रूप से ChatGPT और DeepSeek जैसे एआई टूल्स का उपयोग कर शिक्षण को बेहतर बनाने पर जोर दिया।

शिक्षा को स्टूडेंट-फ्रेंडली बनाने की अपील

उपायुक्त ने विद्यालयों को बच्चों के अनुकूल वातावरण बनाने पर बल दिया। उन्होंने कहा कि अनुपस्थित छात्रों के नाम असेंबली में पुकारे जाएं और उन्हें विद्यालय आने के लिए प्रेरित किया जाए।

परिणाम खराब रहे तो होगी कड़ी कार्रवाई

बैठक के समापन पर उपायुक्त ने सभी शिक्षकों और प्राचार्यों को अंतिम चेतावनी देते हुए कहा कि “यदि बोर्ड परीक्षा के परिणाम संतोषजनक नहीं रहे, तो संबंधित कर्मियों के खिलाफ कड़ी कार्रवाई होगी और उनका इंक्रीमेंट भी रोका जा सकता है। शिक्षा व्यवस्था की गुणवत्ता से कोई समझौता नहीं होगा।”
