उपायुक्त की अध्यक्षता में एडीपी एवं एबीपी सूचकांकों की समीक्षा बैठक आयोजित

गुमला : – गुमला जिला मुख्यालय स्थित समाहरणालय, गुमला में उपायुक्त दिलेश्वर महत्तो की अध्यक्षता में आकांक्षी जिला कार्यक्रम ( एडीपी) एवं आकांक्षी प्रखंड कार्यक्रम (एबीपी ) के अंतर्गत विभिन्न विभागों के प्रमुख प्रदर्शन सूचकांकों की समीक्षा बैठक आयोजित की गई।

बैठक में स्वास्थ्य, शिक्षा, समाज कल्याण, जिला योजना कार्यालय (District Planning Office), पीरामल फाउंडेशन की टीम सहित संबंधित विभागों के जिला स्तरीय पदाधिकारी उपस्थित रहे। समीक्षा के दौरान विभागवार उपलब्धियों एवं विभिन्न सूचकांकों की वर्तमान स्थिति पर विस्तार से चर्चा की गई।

उपायुक्त ने सभी विभागों को निर्देशित किया कि जिन सूचकांकों में अपेक्षित प्रगति की आवश्यकता है, उन पर विशेष कार्ययोजना बनाते हुए शत-प्रतिशत लक्ष्य प्राप्त करने के लिए समन्वित एवं समयबद्ध प्रयास सुनिश्चित किए जाएं। उन्होंने कहा कि आकांक्षी जिला एवं आकांक्षी प्रखंड कार्यक्रम का उद्देश्य केवल रैंकिंग में सुधार करना नहीं, बल्कि आम नागरिकों तक सरकारी योजनाओं एवं सेवाओं का प्रभावी लाभ पहुँचाना है।

बैठक में डेटा की गुणवत्ता, नियमित समीक्षा, प्रभावी मॉनिटरिंग तथा विभागों के बीच बेहतर समन्वय पर विशेष बल दिया गया। उपायुक्त ने सभी विभागों से अपेक्षा की कि वे अपने-अपने दायित्वों का प्रभावी निर्वहन करते हुए बेहतर प्रदर्शन वाले सूचकांकों को बनाए रखें तथा सुधार की आवश्यकता वाले क्षेत्रों में प्राथमिकता के आधार पर कार्य करें।
इस दौरान उपायुक्त ने ग्राम संपत्ति पोर्टल की भी समीक्षा की, उपायुक्त ने सभी सम्बंधित विभागों को पोर्टल पर नियमित एंट्री करने का कड़ा निर्देश दिया। इसके साथ ही उन्होंने सभी भवनों एवं निर्माण योजनाओं में QR code लगाने के भी निर्देश दिए ।
बैठक के अंत में उपायुक्त ने सभी विभागों एवं सहयोगी संस्थाओं द्वारा किए जा रहे प्रयासों की सराहना करते हुए कहा कि सामूहिक प्रयास, उत्तरदायित्वपूर्ण कार्यशैली एवं नियमित अनुश्रवण से जिले के सभी विकासात्मक सूचकांकों में निरंतर सुधार सुनिश्चित किया जा सकता है।
