जूट क्राफ्ट प्रशिक्षण से आत्मनिर्भरता की राह पर गुमला की महिलाएं

गुमला, 11 सितम्बर 2025।
गुमला जिले के बसिया प्रखंड के लोंगा गांव में महिलाओं को आत्मनिर्भर बनाने के उद्देश्य से कौशल उन्नयन योजना के तहत विशेष प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम शुरू किया गया है। इस पहल के अंतर्गत 20 महिला उद्यमियों को जूट क्राफ्ट निर्माण (बैग, हैंडबैग, बोरी आदि) का प्रशिक्षण दिया जा रहा है।

25 दिवसीय प्रशिक्षण से मिलेगा नया अवसर

यह प्रशिक्षण मुख्यमंत्री लघु एवं कुटीर उद्यम विकास बोर्ड के सहयोग से 25 दिनों तक चलेगा। प्रशिक्षण पूर्ण होने के बाद प्रतिभागी महिलाएं स्वयं का उद्यम शुरू कर सकेंगी। बोर्ड की ओर से उनके बनाए उत्पादों के विपणन की व्यवस्था भी सुनिश्चित की जा रही है, जिससे स्थानीय स्तर पर रोजगार और आय में वृद्धि हो।

कॉमन फैसिलिटी सेंटर का होगा निर्माण

इस कार्यक्रम का संचालन जन जागरण एजेंसी कर रही है। एजेंसी की ओर से लोंगा गांव में एक कॉमन फैसिलिटी सेंटर (CFC) का निर्माण किया जाएगा। यह केंद्र महिलाओं को सामूहिक रूप से उत्पादन करने का अवसर देगा और उनके आर्थिक सशक्तिकरण में मददगार साबित होगा।

उद्घाटन कार्यक्रम में हुई सहभागिता

प्रशिक्षण के उद्घाटन अवसर पर मुख्यमंत्री लघु एवं कुटीर उद्यम विकास बोर्ड के जिला उद्यमी समन्वयक (गुमला) और प्रखंड उद्यमी समन्वयक (कामडारा/बसिया) मौजूद रहे। अधिकारियों ने महिलाओं को प्रोत्साहित करते हुए कहा कि यह पहल ग्रामीण महिलाओं की आर्थिक स्वतंत्रता की दिशा में बड़ा कदम है।

महिलाओं को मिला टूलकिट

25 दिवसीय जूट बैग एवं फाइल निर्माण प्रशिक्षण के दौरान प्रतिभागियों को आवश्यक टूलकिट भी प्रदान की गई है। इन उपकरणों की मदद से महिलाएं प्रशिक्षण के बाद अपने कौशल को व्यवहार में लाकर उद्यम शुरू कर सकेंगी।

आत्मनिर्भरता की ओर कदम

मुख्यमंत्री लघु एवं कुटीर उद्यम विकास बोर्ड की ओर से जिले की महिलाओं को लगातार विभिन्न प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रमों से जोड़ा जा रहा है। उद्देश्य यह है कि ग्रामीण क्षेत्र की महिलाएं स्वरोजगार को अपनाकर आत्मनिर्भर बनें और अपने परिवार व समाज की प्रगति में योगदान दें।
