गुमला। उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित की अध्यक्षता में मंगलवार को जिला समाज कल्याण विभाग की समीक्षात्मक बैठक आयोजित की गई, जिसमें बच्चों और महिलाओं के स्वास्थ्य, पोषण सुधार और आंगनवाड़ी केंद्रों की कार्यप्रगति पर विस्तार से चर्चा हुई। बैठक में उप विकास आयुक्त, जिला समाज कल्याण पदाधिकारी, सभी एलएस, संबंधित अधिकारी और कर्मी उपस्थित रहे।
पोषण ट्रैकर ऐप और हाइट-वेट जांच की समीक्षा
बैठक में उपायुक्त ने पोषण ट्रैकर ऐप पर दर्ज आंकड़ों का विश्लेषण किया और निर्देश दिया कि सभी बच्चों का हाइट एवं वजन मापन नियमित रूप से ऐप में अपडेट होना चाहिए। उन्होंने चेतावनी दी कि यदि किसी बच्चे का मापन लंबित पाया गया तो अगली बैठक में कारण सहित रिपोर्ट देनी होगी।
विशुनपुर और चैनपुर प्रखंड के आंगनवाड़ी केंद्रों की स्थिति की समीक्षा करते हुए उन्होंने पाया कि चैनपुर में 17 बच्चों की एंट्री अधूरी है, जिस पर नाराजगी जताई गई और सेविकाओं को तत्काल एंट्री पूरी करने का निर्देश दिया गया।
SAM/MAM बच्चों के लिए विशेष ड्राइव
बैठक में गंभीर कुपोषित (SAM) और मध्यम कुपोषित (MAM) बच्चों की स्थिति पर विशेष चर्चा हुई। उपायुक्त ने एलएस को निर्देश दिया कि वे अपने क्षेत्र में ऐसे बच्चों की संख्या का प्रोफाइल तैयार कर सितंबर माह के अंत तक विशेष ड्राइव चलाएँ।
उन्होंने यह भी कहा कि SAM बच्चों के लिए उपचार से पहले और बाद की तस्वीरें दर्ज कर तीन माह का उपचार कार्ड तैयार किया जाए। बच्चों को समय पर पोषण आहार पैकेट उपलब्ध कराए जाएँ और डॉक्टरों द्वारा मासिक स्वास्थ्य जांच सुनिश्चित की जाए। इसके लिए सिविल सर्जन को डॉक्टर्स का रोटेशनल ड्यूटी चार्ट तैयार करने का निर्देश दिया गया।
मातृ वंदना और अन्य योजनाओं पर जोर
बैठक में प्रधानमंत्री मातृ वंदना योजना के तहत अधिक से अधिक महिलाओं को जोड़ने पर बल दिया गया। साथ ही कन्यादान योजना, सेविका-सहायिका की नियुक्ति, आंगनवाड़ी केंद्रों की आधारभूत संरचना और पोषण वाटिका योजना की प्रगति पर भी चर्चा हुई।
आधार कैंप से जुड़ी समस्याओं को सीधे जिला स्तर पर रिपोर्ट करने की बात कही गई, ताकि समाधान में देरी न हो।

बैठक के अंत में उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित ने अधिकारियों और कर्मियों से कहा—
“बच्चों और महिलाओं का स्वास्थ्य और पोषण हमारी सर्वोच्च प्राथमिकता है। सभी अधिकारी समर्पण भाव से कार्य करें और योजनाओं के क्रियान्वयन में किसी प्रकार की लापरवाही न करें।”
