रांची, 14 सितंबर। राज्यभर के 29,224 सरकारी विद्यालयों में आयोजित द्वितीय अभिभावक-शिक्षक बैठक (PTM) सफलतापूर्वक पूरी हो गई। इस विशेष बैठक में 290 विद्यालयों में सांसद और 129 विद्यालयों में विधायक शामिल हुए, जिससे शिक्षा व्यवस्था में जनप्रतिनिधियों की भागीदारी को नया आयाम मिला।
मुख्यमंत्री की पहल पर जनप्रतिनिधियों की भागीदारी
मुख्यमंत्री हेमंत सोरेन के निर्देश पर इस बार सभी जिलों में आयोजित बैठकों में सांसद, विधायक और अन्य जनप्रतिनिधियों ने उपस्थिति दर्ज कराई। झारखंड शिक्षा परियोजना परिषद (JEPC) के अनुसार, इस पहल का उद्देश्य बच्चों की निरंतर उपस्थिति सुनिश्चित करना, लर्निंग गैप को कम करना और विद्यालय-समुदाय संवाद को मजबूत करना है।
शिक्षा सचिव और निदेशक ने साझा किए विचार
स्कूली शिक्षा एवं साक्षरता सचिव उमाशंकर सिंह ने कहा कि पीटीएम के दौरान न केवल बच्चों की पढ़ाई और परीक्षा परिणामों पर चर्चा हुई, बल्कि पालन-पोषण, खेलकूद, पाठ्येतर गतिविधियों और विद्यालयी संसाधनों के बेहतर उपयोग पर भी गहन विचार-विमर्श किया गया।
उन्होंने कहा, “शिक्षा केवल विद्यालय की चारदीवारी तक सीमित नहीं है, इसमें परिवार और समाज की सक्रिय भागीदारी भी उतनी ही जरूरी है। यही कारण है कि इन विशेष बैठकों को जनप्रतिनिधियों की मौजूदगी से और अधिक प्रभावी बनाया गया।”
शिक्षा परियोजना निदेशक शशि रंजन ने अभिभावक-शिक्षक बैठक को शिक्षा सुधार की दिशा में एक बड़ा कदम बताते हुए कहा, “अभिभावक, शिक्षक और समुदाय मिलकर बच्चों के भविष्य को सुरक्षित करने में एक टीम की तरह काम कर रहे हैं। जनप्रतिनिधियों की उपस्थिति ने न केवल बैठकों की गरिमा बढ़ाई, बल्कि शैक्षणिक गुणवत्ता सुधारने में भी अहम योगदान दिया।”
राज्य स्तरीय अनुश्रवण
द्वितीय पीटीएम की मॉनिटरिंग के लिए परिषद ने 24 जिलों में विशेष अनुश्रवण टीम गठित की थी। इन टीमों ने विभिन्न विद्यालयों में जाकर बैठकों की समीक्षा की और सुधारात्मक सुझाव दिए।
दिसंबर में होगी अगली बैठक
शिक्षा परिषद के अनुसार, सरकारी विद्यालयों में अभिभावक-शिक्षक बैठकें प्रत्येक तीन माह के अंतराल पर आयोजित की जाती हैं। इस सत्र की अगली यानी तृतीय बैठक दिसंबर 2025 में होगी।
