गुमला। जिला मुख्यालय में सोमवार को आरसेटी (RSETI) सलाहकार समिति की अंतिम तिमाही बैठक आयोजित हुई। उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित की अध्यक्षता में हुई इस बैठक में प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रमों की प्रगति, लंबित आवेदनों का निपटारा और लाभुकों के हित से जुड़े कई अहम निर्णय लिए गए।
प्रशिक्षण लक्ष्य अधूरा, कार्रवाई के निर्देश
बैठक में बताया गया कि हर माह 100 लोगों को प्रशिक्षण देने का लक्ष्य निर्धारित किया गया था, लेकिन सितंबर तक यह लक्ष्य हासिल नहीं हो पाया। इस पर उपायुक्त ने DPM, JSLPS को आवश्यक कदम उठाने का निर्देश दिया।नए मॉडल और संसाधनों पर जोर
उपायुक्त ने कहा कि आरसेटी गुमला परिसर में ग्रीन हाउस और ड्रिप इरिगेशन मॉडल स्थापित किए जाएँ और इसके लिए प्रस्तावित राशि तुरंत उपलब्ध कराई जाए। साथ ही राज मिस्त्री प्रशिक्षण के लिए प्रशिक्षुओं की सूची DCC कार्यालय से प्राप्त करने का निर्देश भी दिया गया।सिलाई मशीन उपलब्ध कराने की योजना
बैठक में यह निर्णय लिया गया कि सिलाई प्रशिक्षण प्राप्त करने वालों को मशीन उपलब्ध कराना कल्याण विभाग की जिम्मेदारी होगी। विभाग को अगली बैठक में इस कार्य की अद्यतन जानकारी प्रस्तुत करने का आदेश दिया गया।प्रशिक्षुओं की संख्या बढ़ाने के लिए अभियान
उपायुक्त ने सभी प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारियों (BDO) को निर्देश दिया कि वे समन्वय कर मोबिलाइजेशन अभियान तेज करें, ताकि अधिक से अधिक युवाओं और महिलाओं को प्रशिक्षण से जोड़ा जा सके। वहीं, Lead District Manager (LDM) को लंबित ऋण आवेदनों का जल्द निपटारा करने का आदेश दिया गया।स्वरोजगार को बढ़ावा प्रशासन की प्राथमिकता
उपायुक्त ने स्पष्ट किया कि आरसेटी का मुख्य उद्देश्य युवाओं और महिलाओं को स्वरोजगार के अवसर उपलब्ध कराना है। उन्होंने कहा, “प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रमों को लक्ष्य के अनुरूप संचालित करना और अधिक से अधिक लोगों तक लाभ पहुँचाना प्रशासन की सर्वोच्च प्राथमिकता है।” बैठक में जिला कृषि पदाधिकारी, जिला पशुपालन पदाधिकारी, DPM JSLPS, निदेशक RSETI, LDM गुमला सहित अन्य संबंधित अधिकारी और कर्मचारी मौजूद रहे। न्यूज़ – गणपत लाल चौरसिया
