गुमला: उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित के निर्देशानुसार, उप विकास आयुक्त (डीडीसी) दिलेश्वर महत्तो की अध्यक्षता में गुरुवार को समाहरणालय परिसर, गुमला में नीति सूचकांकों की प्रगति की समीक्षा के लिए एक महत्वपूर्ण बैठक आयोजित की गई। इस बैठक में जिले के सभी विभागों के विभागाध्यक्ष उपस्थित रहे, जहाँ धीमी प्रगति वाले प्रमुख आकांक्षी जिला कार्यक्रम (ADP) और अन्य नीतिगत संकेतकों पर त्वरित सुधार की रणनीति बनाने पर बल दिया गया।
एडीपी और एपीबी संकेतकों पर ध्यान केंद्रित
यह बैठक विशेष रूप से 9 सितंबर को नीति आयोग के अतिरिक्त सचिव द्वारा की गई समीक्षा के बाद बुलाई गई थी। उस समीक्षा के दौरान यह सामने आया था कि आकांक्षी जिला कार्यक्रम (ADP) से जुड़े चार महत्वपूर्ण सूचकों—जिनमें स्वास्थ्य विभाग के दो और कौशल विकास विभाग के दो संकेतक शामिल हैं—में तत्काल सुधार की आवश्यकता है। इसके अतिरिक्त, ABP (परिवर्तन के लिए आकांक्षी ब्लॉक) सूचकांक के तहत आने वाले आठ संकेतकों की प्रगति भी धीमी पाई गई थी।
आज की बैठक में इन सभी चिन्हित सूचकांकों पर गहन विचार-विमर्श किया गया और संबंधित विभागों को ठोस कार्ययोजना बनाकर शीघ्र सुधार लाने का कड़ा निर्देश दिया गया।
समन्वय और समय सीमा पर जोर
उप विकास आयुक्त दिलेश्वर महत्तो ने इस अवसर पर सभी अधिकारियों से स्पष्ट शब्दों में कहा, “जिले के सर्वांगीण विकास से जुड़े प्रत्येक सूचकांक पर बेहतर परिणाम प्राप्त करना हमारी सर्वोच्च प्राथमिकता है।” उन्होंने जोर दिया कि निर्धारित समय सीमा के भीतर ठोस और प्रभावी सुधार सुनिश्चित करने के लिए सभी विभाग पूर्ण समन्वय के साथ कार्य करें।
डीडीसी ने स्पष्ट किया कि विभिन्न संकेतकों की प्रगति में तेजी लाकर ही गुमला जिले को राज्य और राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर बेहतर स्थान दिलाया जा सकता है।
