गुमला, 19 सितम्बर 2025।
गुमला जिला खेल कार्यालय की ओर से 18 और 19 सितम्बर को आयोजित प्रतिभा चयन प्रतियोगिता में सैकड़ों युवा खिलाड़ियों ने अपने कौशल का प्रदर्शन किया। प्रतियोगिता में उत्कृष्ट प्रदर्शन करने वाले प्रतिभागियों को 24-25 सितम्बर को रांची में होने वाली राज्य स्तरीय प्रतिभा जाँच प्रतियोगिता में भाग लेने का मौका मिलेगा।
कहाँ और कैसे हुआ आयोजन
प्रतियोगिता गुमला के अलग-अलग खेल परिसरों में आयोजित की गई—
- परमवीर अल्बर्ट एक्का स्टेडियम : सभी खेलों का बैटरी टेस्ट
- संत इग्नासियुस उच्च विद्यालय मैदान : हॉकी का स्किल टेस्ट
- इंडोर स्टेडियम, गुमला : बैडमिंटन का स्किल टेस्ट
यह आयोजन आवासीय क्रीड़ा प्रशिक्षण केंद्र, जे॰एस॰एस॰पी॰एस॰ और सेंटर ऑफ एक्सीलेंस हेतु खिलाड़ियों के चयन की प्रक्रिया के तहत किया गया।
खिलाड़ियों की बड़ी भागीदारी
प्रतियोगिता में दो आयु वर्ग के खिलाड़ी शामिल हुए—
- 10 से 14 वर्ष : आवासीय प्रशिक्षण केंद्र और जे॰एस॰एस॰पी॰एस॰ के लिए चयन
- 16 से 22 वर्ष : सेंटर ऑफ एक्सीलेंस हेतु चयन
भागीदारी के आंकड़े—
- 18 सितम्बर : 287 खिलाड़ी (बालक/बालिका)
- 19 सितम्बर : 97 खिलाड़ी (बालक/बालिका)
प्रतियोगिता में शामिल खेल
कुल छह खेल विधाओं में खिलाड़ियों का चयन किया गया—
- एथलेटिक्स
- फुटबॉल
- हॉकी
- बैडमिंटन
- कुश्ती
- कबड्डी
प्रशासन और प्रशिक्षकों की मौजूदगी
इस अवसर पर जिला क्रीड़ा पदाधिकारी, खेल समन्वयक, आवासीय केंद्र, खेलो इंडिया केंद्र, डे बोर्डिंग और क्रीड़ा किसलय केंद्रों के प्रशिक्षक मौजूद रहे। साथ ही विभिन्न खेल संघों के पदाधिकारी भी कार्यक्रम में उपस्थित रहे।
यह चयन प्रक्रिया गुमला के खिलाड़ियों को राज्य और राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर पहचान दिलाने की दिशा में एक महत्वपूर्ण पहल मानी जा रही है।
