जिले में आयोजित जनशिकायत निवारण दिवस आम नागरिकों के लिए राहत का माध्यम बनता जा रहा है। उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित के निर्देश पर सभी प्रखंडों में साप्ताहिक आधार पर चलाए जा रहे इस कार्यक्रम में लोगों की समस्याओं का अधिकतर निपटारा मौके पर ही किया जा रहा है।
डुमरी प्रखंड में 85 आवेदन निपटाए गए
डुमरी प्रखंड में आयोजित जनशिकायत दिवस में कुल 87 आवेदन प्राप्त हुए, जिनमें से 85 का समाधान उसी दिन कर दिया गया। अधिकांश आवेदन जन्म-मृत्यु प्रमाण पत्र, जाति, आय, आवासीय प्रमाण पत्र और पेंशन से जुड़े थे।
चैनपुर में त्वरित राहत
चैनपुर प्रखंड सह अंचल कार्यालय में आयोजित कार्यक्रम में 16 आवेदन आए, जिनमें पेंशन, राशन कार्ड, पंजी सुधार और मकान क्षति मुआवजा जैसी समस्याएँ शामिल थीं। इनमें से 13 आवेदनों का निपटारा मौके पर ही कर दिया गया।
परमवीर अल्बर्ट एक्का जारी प्रखंड में शत-प्रतिशत निष्पादन
19 सितम्बर को परमवीर अल्बर्ट एक्का जारी प्रखंड में 31 आवेदन मिले और सभी का समाधान ऑन द स्पॉट कर दिया गया। इनमें पेंशन, जाति एवं आय प्रमाण पत्र, आवासीय प्रमाण पत्र, मईया सम्मान योजना, राशन कार्ड और मकान क्षति से जुड़े मामले प्रमुख थे।
पारदर्शिता और समयबद्ध समाधान पर जोर
उपायुक्त ने कहा है कि जिले में हर सप्ताह जनशिकायत निवारण दिवस आयोजित किया जाएगा, ताकि समस्याओं का समयबद्ध और पारदर्शी समाधान सुनिश्चित हो सके। इससे नागरिकों को न केवल तत्काल सुविधा मिल रही है, बल्कि प्रशासन के प्रति विश्वास भी मजबूत हो रहा है।
