गुमला, 19 सितम्बर 2025।
सड़क दुर्घटनाओं पर नियंत्रण के उद्देश्य से गुमला जिला प्रशासन और पुलिस विभाग ने पालकोट के करौंदी मोड़ पर विशेष सड़क सुरक्षा अभियान चलाया। उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित और पुलिस अधीक्षक हरिश बिन जामां के निर्देश पर आयोजित इस कार्रवाई में यातायात नियम तोड़ने वाले 48 वाहन चालकों पर जुर्माना लगाया गया और उनसे कुल ₹54,000 वसूले गए।
अभियान का उद्देश्य और फोकस
इस अभियान का मकसद यातायात नियमों की अनदेखी करने वाले चालकों पर अंकुश लगाना और दुर्घटनाओं की रोकथाम करना था। जांच के दौरान जिन उल्लंघनों पर विशेष ध्यान दिया गया, उनमें शामिल रहे:- दोपहिया नियम उल्लंघन : बिना हेलमेट बाइक चलाना और ट्रिपल राइडिंग।
- अमान्य दस्तावेज : ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस, बीमा, परमिट, पीयूसी और रोड टैक्स की अनुपस्थिति।
- ध्वनि प्रदूषण : प्रेशर हॉर्न और मल्टी-टोन हॉर्न का उपयोग।
चालकों को जागरूक किया गया
मोटरयान निरीक्षक रॉबिन अजय सिंह और प्रदीप कुमार तिर्की ने मौके पर ही चालकों को यातायात नियमों का महत्व समझाया। उन्होंने बताया कि लापरवाही से सड़क हादसे बढ़ते हैं, इसलिए प्रत्येक चालक का नियमों का पालन करना जरूरी है। साथ ही चेतावनी दी गई कि भविष्य में दोबारा पकड़े जाने पर और कड़ी कार्रवाई की जाएगी।सुरक्षित परिवहन की दिशा में पहल
जिला प्रशासन का कहना है कि यह अभियान सुरक्षित और अनुशासित सड़क परिवहन व्यवस्था की ओर एक ठोस कदम है। आने वाले दिनों में भी ऐसे अभियानों को नियमित रूप से चलाया जाएगा, ताकि जिले में सड़क हादसों को न्यूनतम किया जा सके। न्यूज़ – गणपत लाल चौरसिया
