गुमला में नवजात शिशु खरीद-फरोख्त का इंटर-स्टेट रैकेट बेनकाब, झारखंड-छत्तीसगढ़-ओडिशा तक फैला जाल

गुमला जिले में मानवता को शर्मसार करने वाला एक चौंकाने वाला मामला सामने आया है। जिले के रायडीह सामुदायिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्र (सीएचसी) में कार्यरत दो आशा (सहिया) और बीटीटी दीदियों पर नवजात शिशुओं की खरीद-बिक्री में शामिल होने के गंभीर आरोप लगे हैं। यह गिरोह न केवल गुमला बल्कि झारखंड की राजधानी रांची, छत्तीसगढ़ और ओडिशा तक फैला हुआ बताया जा रहा है।

15 दिनों में दो नवजात शिशुओं की बिक्री का खुलासा

सूत्रों के अनुसार, पिछले पंद्रह दिनों के भीतर दो नवजात शिशुओं की अवैध बिक्री की बात सामने आई है। आरोप है कि दोनों महिलाओं ने प्रसूति माताओं को आर्थिक लालच या झूठे भरोसे में फंसाकर उनके बच्चों को बेच डाला।

पहले मामले में, रायडीह थाना क्षेत्र के मोकरो गांव की एक युवती प्रेम प्रसंग में गर्भवती हुई और उसने छत्तीसगढ़ में बच्चे को जन्म दिया। बाद में उसे रांची ले जाया गया, और बताया जाता है कि नवजात को ओडिशा भेज दिया गया।दूसरे मामले में, रायडीह के कुडो छत्तरपुर निवासी जस्टिन एक्का की पत्नी सुमन एक्का ने 10 सितंबर की सुबह 3 बजे प्रसव पीड़ा के कारण सीएचसी रायडीह में भर्ती हुई। रिकॉर्ड के अनुसार, उसे सुबह 5 बजे भर्ती किया गया और 6:45 बजे उसने एक नवजात शिशु को जन्म दिया। इसके बाद बीटीटी दीदी ने सुमन को अपने झांसे में लेकर बच्चे को बेचने के लिए राजी कर लिया।

स्टांप पेपर पर हुआ सौदा, लाखों में हुआ लेन-देन

जांच में सामने आया है कि शिशु बिक्री का सौदा स्टांप पेपर पर किया गया था। खरीदारों को अस्पताल में बुलाकर बच्चे को दिखाया गया और सभी पक्षों के हस्ताक्षर स्टांप पेपर पर किए गए। 12 सितंबर को जब प्रसूता को डिस्चार्ज किया गया, तो उसे घर तक छोड़ दिया गया, जबकि नवजात को बीटीटी दीदी अपने साथ ले गई। बताया जाता है कि इस लेन-देन में बड़ी रकम का आदान-प्रदान हुआ।

झगड़े में उजागर हुआ रैकेट

सौदे के बाद दोनों आरोपित महिलाओं के बीच पैसों को लेकर विवाद हुआ, जिससे पूरे रैकेट का खुलासा हुआ। इसके बाद यह मामला प्रशासनिक स्तर तक पहुंचा और कई चौंकाने वाली जानकारियाँ सामने आईं।

उपायुक्त ने ली संज्ञान, जांच के आदेश

गुमला की उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित ने नवजात शिशुओं की बिक्री के इस मामले को अत्यंत गंभीर मानते हुए स्वयं संज्ञान लिया और मामले की गहन जांच के निर्देश दिए हैं। उन्होंने स्वास्थ्य विभाग और पुलिस प्रशासन को संयुक्त जांच कर विस्तृत रिपोर्ट सौंपने का आदेश दिया है।

प्रशासनिक सूत्रों के अनुसार, यह रैकेट सीमाई जिलों से होते हुए छत्तीसगढ़, ओडिशा और रांची तक फैला हुआ है। जांच एजेंसियां अब इस नेटवर्क के आर्थिक लेन-देन और अन्य संलिप्त लोगों की पहचान में जुट गई हैं।
