घाघरा में खुलेआम चल रहा पशु तस्करी का कारोबार, ग्रामीणों ने प्रशासन से की कार्रवाई की मांग

गुमला जिले के घाघरा थाना क्षेत्र में पशु तस्करी का धंधा खुलेआम जारी है। ग्रामीणों ने आरोप लगाया है कि तस्कर दिनदहाड़े मवेशियों को हांककर ले जा रहे हैं और प्रशासन मूकदर्शक बना हुआ है। यह अवैध कारोबार पुलिस और प्रशासन की मौजूदगी में फल-फूल रहा है, जिससे स्थानीय लोगों में नाराजगी है।

दिन-रात चल रही मवेशियों की आवाजाही

ग्रामीणों के अनुसार, तस्कर रात के अंधेरे में ही नहीं, बल्कि दिन के उजाले में भी खुलेआम सड़क मार्गों से मवेशियों को ले जाते हैं। बताया जाता है कि तस्करों का नेटवर्क इतना मजबूत हो चुका है कि पुलिस को इसकी जानकारी तक नहीं होती, या वह कार्रवाई से परहेज करती है।

कई बार इन मवेशियों की दम घुटने से रास्ते में ही मौत हो जाती है, लेकिन इस पर कोई ध्यान नहीं दिया जाता। चुंदरी गांव, घाघरा और आसपास के इलाकों में ऐसे कई घटनाओं की चर्चा आम है।

कानून व्यवस्था पर उठे सवाल

स्थानीय ग्रामीणों ने बताया कि इन तस्करों का मनोबल इतना बढ़ गया है कि अब वे पुलिस की परवाह किए बिना पशुओं की ढुलाई कर रहे हैं। ग्रामीणों ने यह भी कहा कि वे भयवश इन तस्करों का विरोध नहीं कर पा रहे हैं। उनका कहना है कि प्रशासन की निष्क्रियता से यह इलाका धीरे-धीरे पशु तस्करों का सुरक्षित ठिकाना बनता जा रहा है।

ग्रामीणों की प्रशासन से गुहार

ग्रामीणों ने जिला प्रशासन और पुलिस विभाग से तत्काल एक संयुक्त अभियान चलाने की मांग की है ताकि पशु तस्करी पर पूरी तरह रोक लग सके। लोगों का कहना है कि यदि अब कड़ा कदम नहीं उठाया गया, तो यह काला कारोबार न केवल कानून व्यवस्था को चुनौती देगा बल्कि सामाजिक सौहार्द और क्षेत्र की सुरक्षा के लिए भी गंभीर खतरा बन जाएगा।
