गुमला : उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित के निर्देश और अधीक्षक उत्पाद गुमला के पर्यवेक्षण में जिले में अवैध मद्य निर्माण और बिक्री के खिलाफ विशेष अभियान चलाया गया। इस क्रम में गुरुवार को जिला उत्पाद विभाग की टीम ने घाघरा थाना क्षेत्र के बेलगाढ़ा, अरांगी, ग्रेनिया तथा सिसई थाना क्षेत्र के सिसई हाट बाजार में सघन तलाशी अभियान संचालित किया।
अवैध शराब और जावा महुआ बरामद
अभियान के दौरान टीम ने लगभग 38 लीटर अवैध चुलाई महुआ शराब और करीब 60 किलोग्राम तैयार जावा महुआ बरामद किया। बरामद जावा महुआ को मौके पर ही नष्ट कर दिया गया ताकि दोबारा उसका उपयोग न हो सके।
जांच के दौरान, कम मात्रा में अवैध मद्य निर्माण पाए जाने पर चार व्यक्तियों को हिरासत में लिया गया और उनसे नियमानुसार संघन शुल्क वसूलने के बाद मुक्त किया गया। वहीं सिसई हाट बाजार में जब्त शराब के मामले में अज्ञात अभियोग दर्ज किया गया है।
अभियान का नेतृत्व और भागीदारी
इस कार्रवाई का नेतृत्व अवर निरीक्षक उत्पाद प्रदीप करमाली ने किया, जबकि अभियान में उत्पाद सिपाही विकास कुमार निराला, गृह रक्षा वाहिनी के सशस्त्र जवानों सहित अन्य कर्मी सक्रिय रूप से शामिल रहे।
प्रशासन की चेतावनी
गुमला जिला प्रशासन ने साफ कहा है कि जिले में अवैध शराब निर्माण, भंडारण और बिक्री के विरुद्ध यह अभियान लगातार जारी रहेगा और दोषियों पर कठोर कार्रवाई की जाएगी।
