गुमला : उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित की अध्यक्षता में जिला स्तरीय जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस का आयोजन हुआ, जिसमें विभिन्न प्रखंडों से आए 50 से अधिक आवेदकों ने अपनी व्यक्तिगत और सामुदायिक समस्याओं पर आवेदन प्रस्तुत किए।
प्रमुख मामलों पर निर्देश

पालकोट (निर्मला कुजूर) – 98 शौचालय निर्माण की ₹17,000 बकाया राशि हेतु विभाग को त्वरित भुगतान कार्रवाई के निर्देश।

सिसई (बिंदेश्वर हज़ाम) – बिजली मीटर में डुप्लीकेट उपभोक्ता संख्या को सुधारने हेतु विद्युत विभाग को निर्देश।

बसिया (शिवशंकर महतो) – 8 डिसमिल भूमि पर अवैध सड़क निर्माण और धमकी मामले में सुरक्षा व कानूनी कार्रवाई के आदेश।

गुमला (जयंती लकड़ा) – भू-माफिया द्वारा धमकी मामले में संबंधित अंचल अधिकारी को जांच निर्देश।

भरनो (रविंद्र उरांव) – भूमि कब्जा और मुआवजा हड़पने के प्रकरण में जांच व कार्रवाई के निर्देश।

चार दिव्यांग आवेदक – तत्काल बैटरी चालित ट्राइसाइकिल प्रदान की गई।

नवाडीह-खटवा नदी – सड़क व पुल निर्माण प्रस्ताव पर उप विकास आयुक्त को कार्रवाई के निर्देश।

पेंशन, राशन, योजनाओं का लाभ, रोजगार, भूमि विवाद और आपसी मतभेदों से जुड़े कई अन्य मामलों पर भी सुनवाई हुई। उपायुक्त ने सभी आवेदकों से व्यक्तिगत मुलाकात कर संबंधित अधिकारियों को शीघ्र और आवश्यक कार्रवाई के निर्देश दिए।
