गुमला : उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित के पहल और निर्देशन में लोहरदगा रोड स्थित दुन्दुरिया के पुराने सरकारी बस डिपो से आज से यात्री बसों का परिचालन प्रारंभ किया गया। इस नई व्यवस्था का उद्देश्य शहर को ट्रैफिक जाम से मुक्त कराना और यातायात व्यवस्था को सुलभ व व्यवस्थित बनाना है।
बस परिचालन की नई व्यवस्था
जिला परिवहन पदाधिकारी ज्ञान शंकर जायसवाल ने बताया कि लोहरदगा, पलामू, नेतरहाट, राउरकेला, घाघरा, कोतम, गया मार्ग सहित विभिन्न रूटों पर जाने वाली लगभग 70 बसें अब दुन्दुरिया बस डिपो से संचालित होंगी।
उन्होंने कहा कि यह निर्णय शहर में बढ़ती भीड़ और ललित उरॉव बस स्टैंड पर जाम की समस्या को देखते हुए लिया गया है। अब लोहरदगा दिशा से आने वाली सभी बसों का स्टॉपेज दुन्दुरिया बस डिपो में ही रहेगा।
किसी भी परिस्थिति में लोहरदगा रूट की बसें ललित उरॉव बस स्टैंड में नहीं रुकेंगी। वहीं, ललित उरॉव बस स्टैंड से प्रस्थान करने वाली बसें केवल निर्धारित स्टॉपेज स्थलों पर ही रुकेंगी।
सख्त निगरानी और दंडात्मक कार्रवाई
शहरी क्षेत्र में अनधिकृत रूप से बस रोकने या परिचालन करने पर कठोर जुर्माना लगाया जाएगा। बैठक में सभी बस मालिकों को पहले ही यह निर्देश दिया जा चुका है कि 17 अक्टूबर से दुन्दुरिया बस डिपो से ही संचालन अनिवार्य होगा।
प्रशासनिक व्यवस्था
बस परिचालन की व्यवस्था सुनिश्चित करने हेतु नगर परिषद, गुमला और मनरेगा प्रखंड के अभियंताओं को निगरानी की जिम्मेदारी दी गई है। उन्हें निर्देशित किया गया है कि वे अपने निर्धारित स्थल पर समय से उपस्थित रहकर अपनी जिम्मेदारी निभाएँ।

उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित ने कहा कि इस नई व्यवस्था से शहर की यातायात प्रणाली में सुगमता आएगी, जाम की समस्या कम होगी, और नागरिकों को सुरक्षित व बेहतर परिवहन सुविधा प्राप्त होगी।
