गुमला : उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित की अध्यक्षता में शुक्रवार को साप्ताहिक जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस का आयोजन किया गया। कार्यक्रम में जिले के विभिन्न प्रखंडों से आए लगभग 20 नागरिकों ने अपनी समस्याएँ उपायुक्त के समक्ष रखीं।
प्रमुख शिकायतें और निर्देश

घाघरा निवासी कुंवारदान कुजूर ने बिजली उपभोग कम होने के बावजूद ₹9,000 प्रति माह का बिल आने की शिकायत की और बिजली चोरी की आशंका जताई। उपायुक्त ने त्वरित जांच और आवश्यक कार्रवाई के निर्देश दिए।

गुमला की अनवाई खातून ने बताया कि भारी वर्षा से उनका घर ढह गया है और वे बेघर हो गई हैं। उपायुक्त ने प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना के अंतर्गत उनके आवेदन पर प्राथमिकता से कार्रवाई करने को कहा।

चैनपुर प्रखंड के आजादी नगर पंचायत के ग्रामीणों ने जर्जर सड़क की मरम्मत का मुद्दा उठाया। उपायुक्त ने संबंधित विभाग को सड़क निर्माण शीघ्र पूर्ण करने के निर्देश दिए।
अन्य मुद्दे और उपायुक्त के निर्देश
जनसुनवाई में नागरिकों ने सड़क, बिजली, पेयजल, आंगनवाड़ी सेवाएँ, रोजगार उपलब्धता तथा सरकारी योजनाओं के लाभ से संबंधित समस्याएँ भी प्रस्तुत कीं।
उपायुक्त ने सभी आवेदनों को गंभीरता से सुनते हुए उन्हें संबंधित विभागों को अग्रसारित किया और निर्देश दिया कि प्रत्येक मामले पर प्राथमिकता के आधार पर शीघ्र एवं पारदर्शी कार्रवाई सुनिश्चित की जाए, ताकि नागरिकों की शिकायतों का त्वरित समाधान हो सके।
