निदेशक लेखा प्रशासन एवं स्वनियोजन द्वारा सदर अस्पताल गुमला का निरीक्षण

गुमला : – गुमला उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित के निर्देश के आलोक में, विद्या भूषण कुमार, निदेशक, लेखा प्रशासन एवं स्वनियोजन, जिला ग्रामीण विकास शाखा, गुमला द्वारा सदर अस्पताल गुमला का निरीक्षण किया गया। निरीक्षण के दौरान अस्पताल की स्वच्छता, चिकित्सीय सेवाओं, दवाओं की उपलब्धता, चिकित्सक एवं कर्मचारियों की उपस्थिति सहित विभिन्न व्यवस्थाओं की समीक्षा की गई।

निरीक्षण के क्रम में अस्पताल की सफाई व्यवस्था सामान्य एवं संतोषजनक पाई गई। सर्जिकल वार्ड में 36 मरीज, एसएनसीयू में 22 बच्चे भर्ती थे। ओपीडी में अपराह्न 3:55 बजे तक 676 मरीजों का पंजीकरण एवं 23 आयुष्मान कार्ड निर्गत किए जा चुके थे। आवश्यक दवाओं की 657 प्रकार की स्टॉक एवं जन औषधि केंद्र में 70 प्रकार की दवाएं उपलब्ध पाई गईं।

एक्स-रे एवं सीटी स्कैन मशीनें पूर्णतः कार्यरत थीं। अपराह्न 4:00 बजे तक 13 सामान्य प्रसव एवं 10 सी-सेक्शन ऑपरेशन संपन्न हुए। सभी माताओं को डॉक्टर एवं नर्स की निगरानी में रखा गया था। NRC केंद्र में 16 बच्चे भर्ती थे, जिन्हें पौष्टिक भोजन दिया जा रहा था।

एम्बुलेंस सुविधा 24×7 सक्रिय पाई गई, जबकि CCTV कैमरे (46 यूनिट) कार्यरत मिले। ब्लड बैंक में सभी प्रमुख रक्त समूहों में पर्याप्त स्टॉक उपलब्ध पाया गया।

निरीक्षण के दौरान निदेशक द्वारा कमरा संख्या 223 में क्षतिग्रस्त सीलिंग की तत्काल मरम्मत, तथा ओपीडी में अधिक कुर्सियाँ उपलब्ध कराने का निर्देश दिया गया ताकि मरीजों एवं परिजनों को सुविधा हो सके।
