महाछठ त्यौहार पर खरना से शुरू होगा 36 घंटे का निर्जला उपवास

गुमला : – गुमला मुख्यालय सहित समस्त जिला गुमला के कमडारा सहित 12 प्रखण्डों और गांवो में आज छठ महापर्व का दूसरा दिन है।खरना में व्रती पूरे दिन उपवास कर शाम में भगवान भास्कर की पूजा कर प्रसाद ग्रहण करेंगे। पूजा के बाद व्रती 36 घंटे के निर्जला अनुष्ठान का संकल्प लेंगे।वहीं कल पर्व के तीसरे दिन अस्ताचलगामी सूर्य को अर्घ्य दिया जाएगा, छठ की खरीददारी को लेकर बाजार में भीड़ है।

पूरे दिन उपवास के बाद होगा खरना
छठ महापर्व के दूसरे दिन पूजा के लिए मिट्टी के चूल्हे पर आम की लकड़ी से प्रसाद के लिए खीर और रोटी बनाई जाएगी। फिर संध्या में इस प्रसाद को सूर्य देव और छठी मइया को भोग लगाकर, स्वयं व्रती इसे प्रसाद के रूप में ग्रहण करेंगे। इसके बाद व्रतियों का अगले 36 घंटे का निर्जला उपवास शुरू हो जाएगा।
छठ पूजा से पहले खरना की परंपरा
उन्होंने आगे कहा, खरना का प्रसाद व्रती के लिए एक प्रकार का अंतिम सात्विक भोजन है, जो व्रती को कठोर 36 घंटे के उपवास के लिए शारीरिक और मानसिक रूप से तैयार करता है। इसके बाद व्रती पूरी तरह से सूर्यदेव की भक्ति में लीन हो जाते हैं।
गीत के बीच तैयार होगा प्रसाद
छठ पूजा के दौरान प्रसाद बनाते समय प्रति लोक गीत गाते हुए बनाती हैं। पूजा सामग्री के रूप में व्रती सिंदूर, चावल, बांस की टोकरी, धूप, शकरकंद, पत्ता लगा हुआ गन्ना, नारियल, कुमकुम , कपूर, सुपारी, हल्दी, अदरक, पान, दीपक, घी, गेहूं, गंगाजल आदि का उपयोग करती हैं। महापर्व में मुख्य प्रसाद ठेकुआ का विशेष महत्व होता है।
