गुमला में उच्च विद्यालय टोटो का औचक निरीक्षण, उपस्थिति व शिक्षण व्यवस्था पर चिंता व्यक्त

गुमला: जिला शिक्षा अधीक्षक नूर आलम खां ने बुधवार को उच्च विद्यालय टोटो का औचक निरीक्षण किया। इस दौरान उन्होंने कक्षा 10वीं और 12वीं के विद्यार्थियों से परीक्षा की तैयारी को लेकर बातचीत की और उन्हें नियमित अध्ययन व प्रश्नपत्र आधारित अभ्यास करने की सलाह दी।

निरीक्षण में प्रोजेक्ट इंपैक्ट, रेल टेस्ट, शिक्षक-छात्र उपस्थिति, कक्षाओं की स्थिति, पेयजल, शौचालय, स्मार्ट क्लास और लाइब्रेरी जैसी सुविधाओं की विस्तार से जांच की गई।

अधिकारियों के अनुसार, विद्यालय में नामांकित 812 विद्यार्थियों में से मात्र 365 उपस्थित पाए गए, जिसे उन्होंने अत्यंत चिंताजनक बताया। साथ ही, कक्षा 11 व 12 में शिक्षकों की कमी और सिलेबस पूर्ण न होने पर भी असंतोष व्यक्त किया गया।

निरीक्षण के दौरान यह भी पाया गया कि विद्यालय का नवनिर्मित भवन अब तक हैंडओवर नहीं हुआ, जिससे शिक्षण कार्य प्रभावित हो रहा है। शिक्षा अधीक्षक ने तत्काल उपस्थिति सुधार, सिलेबस पूर्ति और शिक्षक प्रतिनियोजन के लिए निर्देश जारी किए।

उन्होंने कहा कि विद्यालयों की गुणवत्ता सुधारना विभाग की सर्वोच्च प्राथमिकता है और इसके लिए नियमित निगरानी व जवाबदेही सुनिश्चित की जाएगी।
