गुमला: जिला शिक्षा अधीक्षक (डीएसई) नूर आलम खान ने गुरुवार को अम्बेडकर नगर स्थित राजकीयकृत मध्य विद्यालय गुमला का औचक निरीक्षण किया। निरीक्षण के दौरान 9 में से 8 शिक्षक उपस्थित पाए गए, जबकि एक शिक्षक आकस्मिक अवकाश पर थे। हालांकि, वर्ग 2 और 3 की कक्षाएँ संचालित नहीं हो रही थीं, जिस पर डीएसई ने कड़ी नाराजगी व्यक्त की और प्रधानाध्यापक से स्पष्टीकरण मांगा। उन्होंने स्पष्ट कहा कि “शिक्षक उपलब्ध हैं, फिर भी कक्षाएं नहीं चलना अस्वीकार्य है।”
भवन जर्जर, बाउंड्री टूटी — डीएसई गंभीर
निरीक्षण में विद्यालय भवन की जर्जर हालत और एक ओर की ढही हुई बाउंड्री दीवार को देखकर डीएसई गंभीर दिखे। उन्होंने निर्देश दिया कि अनुदान से प्राथमिकता पर मरम्मत कार्य कराया जाए।
डीएसई ने कहा—
“विद्यालय परिसर सुरक्षित रहेगा तभी शिक्षा का माहौल बनेगा। मरम्मत में बाधा हो तो लिखित सूचना दें, प्रशासन समाधान करेगा।”
बच्चों के साथ भोजन, मिड-डे-मील गुणवत्ता ठीक
मिड-डे-मील की जांच के दौरान डीएसई ने स्वयं बच्चों के साथ बैठकर भोजन किया। भोजन की गुणवत्ता संतोषजनक पाई गई।
बच्चों ने उत्साह व्यक्त करते हुए कहा— “सर हमारे साथ भोजन किए, बहुत अच्छा लगा।”
स्टाफ ने भी इसे प्रेरणादायी बताया।
डीएसई बोले—
“मिड-डे-मील सिर्फ भोजन नहीं, बल्कि बच्चों और विद्यालय के बीच आत्मीयता का माध्यम है। गुणवत्ता हमेशा बेहतर होनी चाहिए।”
सीखने के स्तर का आकलन
डीएसई ने सभी कक्षाओं में जाकर विद्यार्थियों से प्रश्न पूछकर लर्निंग आउटकम की जांच की और कहा कि शिक्षण प्रक्रिया को और अधिक गतिविधि आधारित और प्रभावी बनाया जाए।
अनुशासन मामले पर मानवीय दृष्टिकोण
कुछ विद्यार्थियों को ‘शर्तीय रोक’ के चलते कक्षा से बाहर रखने का मामला सामने आया था। डीएसई ने बच्चों और अभिभावकों से बातचीत कर निर्देश दिया कि उन्हें परामर्श देकर पुनः नियमित कक्षा में शामिल किया जाए।
डीएसई ने कहा—
“विद्यालय में शिक्षण गुणवत्ता, बच्चों की उपस्थिति और सुरक्षा सर्वोच्च प्राथमिकता है। लापरवाही पर कार्रवाई होगी और सुधार के प्रयासों में पूरा सहयोग दिया जाएगा।”
