गुमला में देर रात नाइट ब्लड सर्वे अभियान सफल, फाइलेरिया उन्मूलन की दिशा में बड़ा कदम

गुमला : जिले के भरनो एवं गुमला प्रखंडों में देर रात स्वास्थ्य विभाग की टीमों ने नाइट ब्लड सर्वे (रात्रि रक्तपट संग्रह) अभियान सफलतापूर्वक संचालित किया। उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित के निर्देश पर आयोजित इस अभियान का उद्देश्य फाइलेरिया (हाथीपांव) रोग की रोकथाम एवं नियंत्रण के लिए माइक्रोफाइलेरिया परजीवी की वास्तविक स्थिति का आकलन करना था।

पहला स्थल – अम्बेरा, भरनो

पहला सर्वे स्थल ग्राम अम्बेरा (पंचायत–करौंदाजोर), सीएचसी–भरनो रहा। कार्यक्रम का उद्घाटन ग्राम मुखिया ईवा लकड़ा ने किया। मौके पर राज्य कार्यक्रम पदाधिकारी (वेक्टर जनित रोग) डॉ. वीरेंद्र कुमार सिंह एवं पिरामल फाउंडेशन, रांची के एसपीएम अविनाश कात्यान उपस्थित थे।
सर्वे की कमान एलटी उपेंद्र कुमार ने संभाली, जिनके साथ भरत चंद्र दास, प्रभात कुमार बेड़िया, संतोष कुमार, शिवनाथ उरांव, विनोद टिग्गा सहित अन्य स्वास्थ्यकर्मियों एवं सहिया साथियों ने योगदान दिया।
यहाँ कुल 1,15 रक्तपट संग्रहित किए गए।

दूसरा स्थल – बसुआ, गुमला

दूसरा सर्वे ग्राम बसुआ (सीएचसी–गुमला) में किया गया। कार्यक्रम का उद्घाटन स्थानीय फेथ लीडर मौलाना मोहम्मद हुसैन ने किया और मुख्य अतिथि शर्मिला शर्मा रहीं।
एलटी मो. तोफिक आलम, एमटीएस आकाश घोष एवं एमपीडब्ल्यू–विष्णु कुमार सहित सहिया नेटवर्क और स्वास्थ्यकर्मियों की सक्रिय भूमिका रही।
दूसरे स्थल पर कुल 2,72 रक्तपट एकत्रित किए गए।

फाइलेरिया परजीवी रात में अधिक सक्रिय रहता है, इसलिए रात्रिकालीन रक्तपट संग्रह संक्रमण की पहचान का सबसे प्रभावी तरीका माना जाता है। यह सर्वे दवा वितरण, नियंत्रण एवं रोकथाम रणनीति को मजबूत बनाने में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाता है।

सामूहिक प्रयास से सफल अभियान

स्वास्थ्य विभाग, सहिया नेटवर्क, स्थानीय जनप्रतिनिधियों एवं पिरामल फाउंडेशन के सहयोग से यह देर रात अभियान सफलतापूर्वक सम्पन्न हुआ। यह प्रयास गुमला जिले को फाइलेरिया मुक्त बनाने की दिशा में एक महत्वपूर्ण पहल माना जा रहा है।
