गुमला सदर अस्पताल का औचक निरीक्षण, सेवाओं की समीक्षा — कई सुधार निर्देश जारी

गुमला: उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित के निर्देश पर जिला ग्रामीण विकास शाखा के निदेशक (लेखा प्रशासन एवं स्वनियोजन) विद्या भूषण कुमार द्वारा मंगलवार को सदर अस्पताल, गुमला का औचक निरीक्षण किया गया। निरीक्षण के दौरान अस्पताल की स्वच्छता, चिकित्सीय सुविधाएं, दवा उपलब्धता, प्रसव सेवाएं और आपातकालीन व्यवस्था की विस्तार से जांच की गई।

अस्पताल की स्थिति

• सर्जिकल एवं कैदी वार्ड में 44 मरीज भर्ती
• ओपीडी में अपराह्न 4:15 बजे तक 600 मरीजों का पंजीकरण, 15 आयुष्मान कार्ड जारी
• शिशु वार्ड में 18 बच्चे भर्ती
• अस्पताल में कुल 161 मरीज भर्ती
• 8 प्रसव — 6 सामान्य, 2 सी-सेक्शन
• 650 प्रकार की दवाएं उपलब्ध, जन औषधि केंद्र में 65 दवाएं
• एक्स-रे एवं लैब सेवाएं 24×7 संचालित
• 75 मरीजों को एम्बुलेंस सुविधा उपलब्ध कराई गई

निरीक्षण में ऑपरेशन थियेटर और किचन साफ-सुथरे पाए गए, वहीं मरीजों और परिजनों ने अस्पताल सेवाओं पर संतोष जताया।

पाई गई कमियाँ

• सर्जिकल वार्ड में नाली सफाई के अभाव में दुर्गंध की समस्या — तत्काल सुधार का निर्देश
• अस्पताल प्रबंधक अनुपस्थित पाए गए
• ब्लड बैंक का नवीनीकरण तीन वर्षों से लंबित, फिलहाल ब्लड ट्रांसफ्यूजन बंद
  • ब्लड डोनेशन कैंप जारी रहेगा
  • सभी जाँचें RIMS, रांची भेजी जाएंगी

सुधार के निर्देश

• ओपीडी क्षेत्र में अतिरिक्त कुर्सियाँ लगाने का निर्देश ताकि मरीजों और परिजनों को बैठने में सुविधा हो
• नाली सफाई और प्रबंधन व्यवस्था सुधारने पर जोर

निरीक्षण का उद्देश्य अस्पताल सेवाओं को और अधिक सुदृढ़ करना तथा आम नागरिकों को गुणवत्तापूर्ण स्वास्थ्य सुविधाएँ सुनिश्चित करना बताया गया।
