गुमला ः गुमला उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित के निर्देशानुसार तथा अभिहित अधिकारी–सह–अपर मुख्य चिकित्सा पदाधिकारी, गुमला के दिशा-निर्देशों के आलोक में खाद्य सुरक्षा पदाधिकारी प्रकाश चंद्र गुग्गी द्वारा सिलम के सम्प्रेक्षण गृह, करौंदी क्षेत्र के विभिन्न प्रतिष्ठानों में खाद्य सुरक्षा, गुणवत्ता एवं स्वच्छता की जांच हेतु छापेमारी की कार्रवाई की गई।
इस दौरान सम्प्रेक्षण गृह, सिलम फूड एंड मूड रेस्टोरेंट, हनुमान फ्लोर मिल करौंदी एवं विनोद ट्रेडर्स करौंदी में निरीक्षण किया गया।
निरीक्षण के क्रम में निम्न बिंदुओं पर विशेष रूप से जाँच की गई:
– खाद्य पदार्थों की गुणवत्ता एवं भंडारण व्यवस्था
– साफ–सफाई एवं हाइजीन स्टैंडर्ड का पालन
– लाइसेंस/रजिस्ट्रेशन (FSSAI) की उपलब्धता
– पैकेज्ड खाद्य सामग्रियों पर लेबलिंग, MRP, मैन्युफैक्चरिंग एवं एक्सपायरी तिथि
– खाद्य पदार्थों की तैयारी में उपयोग की जा रही सामग्री की शुद्धता
– खाद्य अपशिष्ट और कचरा प्रबंधन व्यवस्था
– बिलिंग/कैश मेमो एवं स्टॉक रजिस्टर का संधारण
निरीक्षण के दौरान कुछ स्थानों पर स्वच्छता एवं खाद्य सुरक्षा मानकों का आंशिक पालन नहीं पाया गया, जिस पर संबंधित प्रतिष्ठान संचालकों को त्वरित सुधार हेतु आवश्यक दिशा–निर्देश, मौखिक चेतावनी एवं अनुपालन रिपोर्ट देने के निर्देश प्रदान किए गए।
छापेमारी के दौरान संदिग्ध खाद्य सामग्रियों के सैंपल संकलित कर विधि अनुसार परीक्षण हेतु प्रमाणित खाद्य प्रयोगशाला (लेब) भेजा गया है। प्राप्त रिपोर्ट के आधार पर आवश्यक विधिसम्मत कार्रवाई की जाएगी।
इसके अतिरिक्त, प्रतिष्ठान संचालकों को स्वच्छ खाद्य प्रबंधन, हेल्थ–हाइजीन, एवं सुरक्षित खाद्य हैंडलिंग प्रथाओं के संबंध में जागरूक किया गया तथा आवश्यक सुधार करने हेतु 14 दिनों का समय प्रदान किया गया। अगली निरीक्षण में संतोषजनक सुधार नहीं पाए जाने पर नियमानुसार दंडात्मक कार्रवाई प्रस्तावित की जाएगी।
