भरनो में अवैध बालू परिवहन पर जिला खनन टास्क फोर्स की कार्रवाई

गुमला : – गउपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित के निर्देश के आलोक में जिला खनन टास्क फोर्स की टीम एवं पुलिस प्रशासन के द्वारा दिनांक 31 अक्टूबर 2025 की रात्रि लगभग 11:00 बजे भरनो थाना क्षेत्र में औचक छापामारी की गई। छापामारी के दौरान भरनो ब्लॉक के समीप टाटा कंपनी का एक हाईवा (पंजीकरण संख्या H13F-6775) को रोककर जांच की गई। जांच के क्रम में वाहन चालक से बालू परिवहन से संबंधित वैध कागजात की मांग की गई, परंतु कोई भी परिवहन चालान प्रस्तुत नहीं किया गया।

जांच के दौरान वाहन में लगभग 15x8x5.6 फीट, अर्थात् लगभग 6,72 घनफीट बालू पाया गया, जो अवैध रूप से परिवहन किया जा रहा था। तत्पश्चात वाहन को थाना के सुपुर्द किया गया।

इस प्रकार की अवैध गतिविधियों से सरकारी राजस्व की चोरी एवं राष्ट्रीय संपत्ति का क्षरण होता है। वैध चालान के बिना खनिज परिवहन करना खान एवं खनिज (विकास एवं विनियमन) अधिनियम, 1957 की धारा 4 एवं 21 के साथ-साथ झारखण्ड लघु खनिज नियमावली ( 2004 के नियम 4 एवं 54 तथा The Jharkhand Minerals (Prevention of Illegal Mining, Transportation and Storage) Rules, 2017 के नियम 7 एवं 9 के तहत दण्डनीय अपराध है )

अतः उक्त अवैध बालू परिवहन में संलिप्त हाईवा के मालिक एवं चालक के विरुद्ध ( झारखण्ड लघु खनिज नियमावली 2004, Jharkhand Minerals (Prevention of Illegal Mining, Transportation and Storage) Rules, 2017 एवं अन्य सुसंगत धाराओं के अंतर्गत ) प्राथमिकी दर्ज कर कानूनी कार्रवाई की जा रही है।
