उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित की पहल से गुमला जिले में अंचल दिवस के द्वितीय चरण का शुभारंभ, आज सिसई में 96 आवेदनों में 66 का तत्काल निपटारा

गुमला : – गुमला उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित की पहल पर गुमला जिले में अंचल दिवस कार्यक्रम के प्रथम चरण की सफलता के बाद द्वितीय चरण की शुरुआत 1 नवंबर 2025 को सिसई प्रखंड में की गई। कार्यक्रम के दौरान नागरिकों की समस्याओं के त्वरित समाधान के लिए कुल 96 आवेदन प्राप्त हुए, जिनमें से 66 आवेदनों का मौके पर ही निपटारा किया गया और 30 मामलों में जांच के आदेश दिए गए। दाखिल-खारिज, पारिवारिक सदस्यता, जाति, आय, आवासीय प्रमाण पत्र आदि के कुल 66 मामलों को तत्काल लाभ मिला, जबकि अन्य मामलों में निरंतर निगरानी सुनिश्चित की जा रही है।अंचल दिवस के अवसर पर पात्र लाभुकों को राज्य और केंद्र सरकार की विभिन्न योजनाओं का प्रत्यक्ष लाभ भी प्रदान किया गया। इनमें दाखिल-खारिज शुद्धि पत्र के 3, पारिवारिक सूची के 27, भू-धारण प्रमाण पत्र के 10 लाभुकों को दस्तावेज दिए गए। प्रधानमंत्री सुरक्षा बीमा योजना के तहत 1 लाभुक को 2 लाख रुपये, मुद्रा योजना में 14 लाभुकों को कुल 14 लाख रुपये, फुलो झानो योजना के तहत 25 हजार रुपये की दर से 14 लाभुकों को सहायता राशि दी गई। इसके अतिरिक्त राष्ट्रीय सामाजिक सहायता कार्यक्रम के तहत 1 लाभुक एवं 14 लाभुकों को केसीसी का सीधा लाभ मिला।

इस दौरान मुख्य रूप से अपर समाहर्ता गुमला, SDO सदर, प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारी सिसई, अंचल अधिकारी सिसई सहित अन्य सम्बंधित पदाधिकारियों ने अंचल दिवस की सुनवाई की एवं नागरिकों की सुविधा हेतु त्वरित समाधान प्रदान किया गया।

आगामी समय में जिले के विभिन्न अंचलों में निर्धारित तिथियों को अंचल दिवस का आयोजन किया जाएगा, ताकि अधिक से अधिक नागरिक सीधे योजनाओं एवं सेवाओं का लाभ ले सकें। आगामी अंचल दिवस कार्यक्रमों की तिथियां इस प्रकार हैं – 8 नवम्बर को बसिया, 22 नवम्बर को गुमला, 29 नवम्बर को बसिया, 6 दिसम्बर को घाघरा, 13 दिसम्बर को सिसई, 20 दिसम्बर को भरनो, 27 दिसम्बर को गुमला, 3 जनवरी 2026 को चैनपुर, 10 जनवरी को बसिया, 17 जनवरी को पालकोट तथा 24 जनवरी को डुमरी प्रखंड में अंचल दिवस आयोजित किए जाएंगे।

प्रशासन इन आयोजनों के माध्यम से हर नागरिक तक त्वरित सेवा, पारदर्शी समाधान और योजनाबद्ध लाभ पहुंचाने हेतु प्रतिबद्ध है।अंचल दिवस के सफल आयोजन से गुमला जिला प्रशासन पर नागरिकों का विश्वास बढ़ा है और योजनाओं का लाभ समयबद्ध तरीके से उपलब्ध हो रहा है। उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित ने नागरिकों से आग्रह किया है कि आगामी अंचल दिवस कार्यक्रम में अधिक से अधिक संख्या में भाग लें और अपने आवेदन/समस्याएं प्रस्तुत करें, ताकि त्वरित समाधान सुनिश्चित किया जा सके।
