उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित ने किया समाहरणालय भवन का औचक निरीक्षण, लापरवाह कर्मियों पर कार्रवाई — एक दिन का वेतन स्थगित

गुमला की उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित ने सोमवार को समाहरणालय भवन के विभिन्न कार्यालयों का औचक निरीक्षण किया। निरीक्षण के दौरान उन्होंने कई कार्यालयों का दौरा करते हुए कर्मचारियों की उपस्थिति, कार्यप्रणाली और अटेंडेंस रजिस्टर की जांच की।

निरीक्षण के क्रम में कई अधिकारी और कर्मचारी अनुपस्थित पाए गए या अपने कार्य में लापरवाही बरतते नजर आए। इस पर उपायुक्त ने अनियमितता बरतने वाले अधिकारियों एवं कर्मियों के एक दिन का वेतन स्थगित करने का निर्देश जारी किया।

उपस्थिति और अनुशासन पर सख्त निर्देश

उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित ने कहा कि सभी अधिकारी और कर्मचारी निर्धारित समय पर कार्यालय में उपस्थित रहें और कार्यालय की मर्यादा व नियमों का पालन करें। उन्होंने चेतावनी दी कि अनुशासनहीनता या लापरवाही किसी भी स्तर पर बर्दाश्त नहीं की जाएगी।

उन्होंने यह भी स्पष्ट किया कि यदि कोई अधिकारी या कर्मी फील्ड विजिट पर हो, तो उसे अपनी सूचना एवं लाइव लोकेशन वरीय अधिकारी के साथ साझा करनी होगी। बिना सूचना अनुपस्थित रहने वाले कर्मचारियों का वेतन रोकने के निर्देश भी दिए गए।

कार्यालयों का विस्तृत निरीक्षण

निरीक्षण के दौरान उपायुक्त ने समाहरणालय भवन के सभी विभागीय कार्यालयों का भ्रमण किया और वहां की कार्यशैली एवं कार्य वातावरण का मूल्यांकन किया। उन्होंने कहा कि कार्यालयों में समयपालन, अनुशासन और कार्य के प्रति समर्पण ही सुचारू प्रशासनिक व्यवस्था की पहचान है।

उपायुक्त ने कर्मचारियों को निर्देश दिया कि वे जनता से जुड़े कार्यों को प्राथमिकता दें और शिकायतों का निपटारा समयबद्ध तरीके से करें। उन्होंने कहा कि प्रशासन की विश्वसनीयता तभी बढ़ेगी जब हर कर्मचारी अपनी जिम्मेदारी ईमानदारी से निभाएगा।
