उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित के निर्देशानुसार अनुमंडल सभागार, चैनपुर में आज जन वितरण प्रणाली (PDS) के सुदृढ़ीकरण और पारदर्शिता सुनिश्चित करने के उद्देश्य से एकदिवसीय कार्यशाला-सह-सेमिनार का आयोजन किया गया।
कार्यक्रम का मुख्य उद्देश्य जन वितरण प्रणाली से जुड़े पदाधिकारियों, कर्मचारियों और विक्रेताओं की कार्यक्षमता बढ़ाना और उन्हें नवीन दिशा-निर्देशों से अवगत कराना था, ताकि जिले में पीडीएस योजना का सुचारू संचालन सुनिश्चित हो सके।
कार्यशाला में रहे कई अधिकारी और विक्रेता उपस्थित
कार्यशाला में जिला आपूर्ति पदाधिकारी, अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी (चैनपुर), प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारी (चैनपुर एवं डुमरी), अंचल अधिकारी चैनपुर, जिला आपूर्ति कार्यालय के कर्मचारी तथा चैनपुर अनुमंडल क्षेत्र के सभी जन वितरण प्रणाली विक्रेता उपस्थित रहे।
सभी प्रतिभागियों को जन वितरण प्रणाली से जुड़ी नवीन तकनीक, प्रक्रियाओं और पारदर्शी वितरण प्रणाली के बारे में विस्तृत जानकारी दी गई।
ई-पॉस मशीन और पारदर्शिता पर विशेष जोर
सेमिनार के दौरान वक्ताओं ने ई-पॉस मशीनों के सही उपयोग, लाभुकों को समय पर अनाज वितरण, और शिकायत निवारण तंत्र को मजबूत करने पर विशेष बल दिया।
अधिकारियों ने कहा कि लाभुकों को सुविधा देना ही पीडीएस का मूल उद्देश्य है, इसलिए विक्रेता अपने दायित्वों का समुचित निर्वहन ईमानदारी और पारदर्शिता के साथ करें।
जवाबदेही और पारदर्शिता होगी प्राथमिकता
कार्यक्रम में यह भी स्पष्ट किया गया कि सरकार जन वितरण प्रणाली को पूर्णत: पारदर्शी और जवाबदेह बनाने के लिए प्रतिबद्ध है।
वक्ताओं ने बताया कि शिकायत मिलने पर तत्काल कार्रवाई और फील्ड निरीक्षण सुनिश्चित किया जाएगा ताकि किसी भी लाभुक को अनाज वितरण में समस्या न हो।
