गुमला: उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित की अध्यक्षता में जिला स्तरीय जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस आयोजित

गुमला: समाहरणालय सभागार में मंगलवार को उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित की अध्यक्षता में जिला स्तरीय जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस का आयोजन किया गया। जिले के विभिन्न प्रखंडों से पहुंचे आम नागरिकों ने अपनी समस्याएं उपायुक्त के समक्ष रखीं। उपायुक्त ने सभी शिकायतों को गंभीरता से सुनते हुए संबंधित विभागों को शीघ्र कार्रवाई करने और समस्याओं के समयबद्ध समाधान का निर्देश दिया।

कार्यक्रम में ग्राम लोहंजारा निवासी सेवानिवृत्त सैनिक कातेबुल अंसारी ने वर्ष 2006 में सोल्जर बोर्ड की अनुशंसा पर प्राप्त भूमि की ऑनलाइन रसीद अब तक निर्गत न होने की शिकायत की, जिस पर उपायुक्त ने सिसई अंचलाधिकारी को त्वरित कार्रवाई का निर्देश दिया।

डुमरी प्रखंड के ग्रामीणों ने आम बागवानी योजना में राशि निकासी और मजदूरी भुगतान में गड़बड़ी की शिकायत की। उपायुक्त ने जिला कार्यक्रम प्रबंधक (मनरेगा) को जांच कर रिपोर्ट प्रस्तुत करने का आदेश दिया।

पालकोट प्रखंड के श्याम बड़ाईक ने किरायेदारी विवाद की समस्या रखी, जिस पर उपायुक्त ने मामले को विधि शाखा में भेजने का निर्देश दिया। वहीं, पालकोट की मालती देवी ने अपनी पुत्री के लिए अनुकम्पा नियुक्ति की मांग की।

रायडीह प्रखंड की रसीना बीबी ने प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना के तहत आवास की मांग की और भरनो प्रखंड की सुशीला खाखा ने अधूरे इंदिरा आवास को पूरा करने की अनुमति मांगी। दोनों मामलों में उपायुक्त ने संबंधित अधिकारी को आवश्यक कार्रवाई करने को कहा।

घाघरा के ललिता स्वयं सहायता समूह की सदस्यों ने जन वितरण प्रणाली की अनुज्ञप्ति रद्द होने की शिकायत की। उपायुक्त ने जिला आपूर्ति पदाधिकारी को आवेदन पर कार्रवाई करने का निर्देश दिया।

डुमरी प्रखंड के लोहड़ा गांव के ग्रामीणों ने बाढ़ में क्षतिग्रस्त पुल के कारण आवागमन बाधित होने की शिकायत की। उपायुक्त ने स्पेशल डिवीजन के अभियंता को स्थल निरीक्षण कर प्रस्ताव भेजने के निर्देश दिए।

रायडीह के दिव्यांग फागू खड़िया ने आवास योजना में आवास उपलब्ध कराने का अनुरोध किया, जिस पर उपायुक्त ने प्राथमिकता के साथ कार्रवाई करने को कहा।

तेलगाँव रोड करमटोली के ग्रामीणों ने बिजली पोल नहीं लगाए जाने की समस्या बताई। उपायुक्त ने विद्युत विभाग के कार्यपालक अभियंता को तुरंत पहल करने का निर्देश दिया।

उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित ने कहा कि जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस का उद्देश्य आम जनता की समस्याओं का त्वरित, पारदर्शी और न्यायसंगत समाधान सुनिश्चित करना है। उन्होंने अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिया कि प्रत्येक शिकायत का समयबद्ध निपटारा कर नागरिकों की समस्याओं का समाधान सुनिश्चित किया जाए।
