गुमला में जन वितरण प्रणाली के सुचारू संचालन हेतु एकदिवसीय कार्यशाला-सह-सेमिनार का आयोजन

गुमला : गुमला उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित के निर्देशानुसार नगर भवन, गुमला में आज गुमला अनुमंडल के जन वितरण प्रणाली (PDS) के सफल क्रियान्वयन एवं पारदर्शिता सुनिश्चित करने के उद्देश्य से एकदिवसीय अनुमंडलवार कार्यशाला-सह-सेमिनार का आयोजन किया गया।

कार्यक्रम का मुख्य उद्देश्य जन वितरण प्रणाली से जुड़े पदाधिकारियों, कर्मचारियों एवं विक्रेताओं की कार्यक्षमता में वृद्धि करना तथा उन्हें नवीन दिशा-निर्देशों एवं सरकारी योजनाओं की अद्यतन जानकारी प्रदान करना था, ताकि जन वितरण प्रणाली के लाभुकों को पारदर्शी, समयबद्ध एवं गुणवत्तापूर्ण सेवा मिल सके।

कार्यशाला में अपर समाहर्ता गुमला, जिला आपूर्ति पदाधिकारी गुमला, अंचलाधिकारी गुमला, प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारी रायडीह, जिला आपूर्ति कार्यालय के कर्मी एवं गुमला अनुमंडल के सभी जन वितरण प्रणाली विक्रेता उपस्थित रहे।

कार्यशाला के दौरान वक्ताओं ने जन वितरण प्रणाली के सुचारू संचालन, शिकायत निवारण की प्रक्रिया, लाभुकों को निर्धारित समय पर अनाज वितरण सुनिश्चित करने तथा ई-पॉस (e-PoS) मशीन के सही उपयोग पर विस्तृत जानकारी दी।
पारदर्शिता बनाए रखने एवं लाभुकों की सुविधा को सर्वोपरि रखने पर विशेष बल दिया गया।

जिला आपूर्ति पदाधिकारी ने कहा कि प्रत्येक विक्रेता को यह सुनिश्चित करना होगा कि सभी लाभुकों को सही वजन एवं समय पर राशन प्राप्त हो। किसी प्रकार की गड़बड़ी या शिकायत प्राप्त होने पर त्वरित कार्रवाई की जाएगी।

अपर समाहर्ता ने विक्रेताओं से अपील की कि वे अपने दायित्वों का समुचित निर्वहन करते हुए सरकार द्वारा निर्धारित नियमों एवं प्रक्रियाओं का पालन करें। उन्होंने कहा कि “जन वितरण प्रणाली जनता की खाद्य सुरक्षा से जुड़ी है, इसलिए इसमें पारदर्शिता और उत्तरदायित्व अत्यंत आवश्यक है।”

कार्यशाला के दौरान अधिकारियों द्वारा ई-पॉस मशीन के व्यवहारिक प्रशिक्षण का भी आयोजन किया गया, जिसमें विक्रेताओं को तकनीकी समस्याओं के समाधान और उपभोक्ता शिकायतों के त्वरित निवारण के उपाय बताए गए।
साथ ही, ‘एक राष्ट्र, एक राशन कार्ड’ योजना के सफल कार्यान्वयन, लाभुक सत्यापन प्रक्रिया, एवं डिजिटल ट्रांजेक्शन के बारे में बताया गया।
